We discussed the situation with Gilbert and together we determined, because we are selling the home, that all we asked for was really not necessary. "I was very impressed with this company from beginning to end. I had called them late afternoon Friday for an appointment the following day Saturday to fix my father?s garage door.  They said they are booked for Saturday but will call us if they can fit us in their schedule.  I explainned to them that my father is over 80 years old and he would have a difficult time to manually open and close the garage door for several days.  They were very accommodating, they said they will come on Sunday morning and they usually have the parts for repairs and if it?s a matter of repair they will get it done the same day.  On Sunday morning, Sam came, he was very professional.  He tried to repair the unit, unfortunately we determined that the motor can not be repaired and we need a new motor.  He gave us an estimate for a new motor and installation.  On Monday morning, Sam came with the new motor, it seemed that he spent hours fixing the Header Wall and the horizontal and vertical reinforcement, which was not anticipated and included in the estimate.  He did not charge us more than the estimate and he got the job done.  Sam is very pleasant and patient.  Totally impressive. All in all it was a very positive experience and I would definitely call this company again and would definitely recommend them to friends and family members.
