That is, my sewer line runs to the alley, not the street, and it has some failure and partial blockage. VERY fortunate am I to discover that BEFORE there's a serious problem! That will save me literally thousands of dollars. Otherwise, the appointment process, and both the automated notifications and the calls from the tech, are VERY convenient and helpful. I was not at all uninformed or inconvenienced at any time. The two technicians were efficient, informative, and 100% professional.
