After repeated attempts to clear the line, the laundry still caused a back-up. Roby's said they did all they could with the equipment they have and referred me to Curt and Jerry's (also on Angie's List)  for this type of problem.  In spite of being here for over 30 minutes and running the line several times, they did not charge me for the visit!
