"Responded to my request for repair promptly and arrived on time. Very courteous, friendly and got to work right away. Moved old appliance into garage and swept and cleaned up. I will hire this young man again and definitely refer to people who need handyman service."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Sunday evening requested quotes from 4 companies on Angie's List. Local Home Appliance was the first to answer that same day. Said he could come out the next day Monday but I had an appointment to go to so scheduled for Tuesday morning. Said he would be at my house between 9-12, he arrived at 9:15. Luckily it was a minor repair, rod jumped out of its mount. He was able to easily fix. Very friendly serviceman, answered all of my questions. He even agreed with me when I jokingly blamed my wife for breaking the washer. Will gladly use them again."

"Of course this happened just as I was leaving town, so I made arrangments while I was out of town for Appliance Marshall Repair to come to my house on my first day home after my trip. They were very accommodating. I scheduled the date and requested the service window be after 9:30am. They were happy to comply, and confirmed my appointment and time window the day prior. As promised, the service person (David) called prior to his arrival at my house. He was on time, very nice and professional, and got to work immediately examining my dryer. He found the source of the fire (in an electrical component), but also found that the belt and door hinges were soon to be a problem. He didn't have the replacement parts on his truck, but since the dryer was nearly ten years old, and the repairs/parts would cost nearly $500, I opted to simply purchase a new dryer. David accepted my Angie's List coupon for 10% off the service call. I was very happy with the company, with David, and my experience overall, and would definitely use Appliance Marshall Repair again."

"Mike was very credible. He's been repairing appliances for over 30 years and apparently is experienced with a wide range of brands. While he waited for the freezer to run for a few minutes, I mentioned that we had a mysterious sound in our dryer. He took the lid off and found that a couple of coins had fallen through and one was sitting on a surface that caused it to buzz when the dryer was operating. Problem solved. He only charged a single service fee for addressing both problems. We plan to call him whenever we have an appliance problem in the future. <br />"

"I discovered on Tuesday that our LG gas dryer was not igniting, and after reading reviews on Angie's List, I submitted an online request for service with Priority Appliance Repair. The very next day, Steve called to let me know that he would be able to come by later that afternoon. He gave me a reasonable time window of just a few hours, and he was 100% accurate. When Steve got here, he called to let me know he had arrived. This was very much appreciated, as we needed to get our dogs out into the yard before Steve came into the house. Steve took all necessary COVID-19 precautions, including mask and gloves. (I realized after the fact that my husband and I should have done the same courtesy.) Steve worked quickly, efficiently, and cleanly, and he took the time to explain everything to my husband. I work from home and was on business calls while Steve was here, and there was absolutely no disruption. In no time, our dryer was not only fixed, but also cleaned and working better than ever! I can honestly say that this was probably the most positive repair experience that I can ever recall. I highly recommend Steve and Priority Appliance Repair!"
