He gave me a quick tutorial/background about the different methods that could be used and then gave his opinion on the best option for us. He was so right! My house is completely transformed… the wood floors are so gorgeous and the installation is flawless. We are talking true artists with the highest level of accuracy, thoughtfulness, and integrity. When we were installing, we mentioned that the floor creaks. Cesar knew exactly what to do during the installation and the creak has been eliminated! We were so happy with everything that we added on an extra and had them remodel our stairs. Scott knew exactly what would look amazing and we went with his vision and it’s completely transformed my house to look more modern, cleaner, and just overall elegant! The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was the oven was higher than the counter about a quarter inch while the back of the oven is flush with the counter. Before the kitchen floor was replaced with laminates, the entire oven was flush with the counter, and the reason was the laminate was installed under the front legs of the oven where the floor was bare before that caused the oven front to be elevated."
