"<p>While home visiting my parents, some of the worst storms hit the area in the longest time. There roof took most of the impact of damage. I set up a few appointments with local roofing companies to get some estimates. With me only visiting for another week, I wanted to be there for the estimates. I explained to the companies that I called, my parents were elderly. They don't deal with stuff like that well and I wanted to be around to help. Only 2 companies understand the situation and agreed to come out ASAP. Out of the 2, Full Service Roofing was the only one who actually came out. </p> <p>The gentleman I met with understood I was trying help my parents and squeezed me in between appointments to make sure I was able to be there for the estimate. After coming back home, the parents ended up getting 2 more estimates weeks later. Those estimates were comparable with Full Service Roofing. My parents said the other 2 companies were extremely pushy. I'm not going to bash them by putting there names on here but one tried to tell my parents on if they didn't sign and give a deposit that day it could be months before they could do the job. I don't go for the pushy sales tactics and neither does Dad. </p> <p> Following some research on the company and reading the reviews on here they ended up going with Full Service Roofing. They were rated really high and had great reviews. A manger came out to get the contract signed and take the deposit. He noticed my Marine Corps pictures and found out I was a Veteran. They ended up knocking a little more off the price and thanked my parents for my service. </p> <p> As you get older people tend to try to take advantage of you especially during times of need. I was worried someone would do this to them. Not the case here. The roof has since been installed and my parents said everything went better then expected. If there happy I'm happy.</p> <br />"

"Scott has an exceptional talent of taking a vague description of what I want and turning it into reality.  He is very busy, so it took a few weeks to get started, but as soon as I gave him the go-ahead he added me to his schedule.  He and his crew were at my house by 8:30 every morning, and did not stop until the job was completed. He took care of the design, materials list, ordering, installing, and coordinating with other contractors.  We added two very large deck/patio's plus he rehabbed my existing front porch to match the new additions.  He designed gates for all of the entrances to keep my dogs off the deck, and even made a door underneath my decks so that the space underneath can be used for storage.  The workmanship is great, and the price was reasonable for the time spent and the end product.  He also acted as general contractor in finding me a quality crew to replace my roof with metal, and has kept me informed of their schedule and when to expect that work to happen. <br />"

"The strong storm blew down our fence a few years ago. He totally re-did our entire fence. He made sure he did a really good job. He did not leave us in a situation; he stayed until the job was done. He has also did flood lights for us. Never had any worries. Very honest. Had a nice group who works with him. He even promised to come back to fix an attic fan. "Les Glover does and did everything. He replaced the bathroom medicine cabinet and sink with cabinet. He installed a new steel front door with all wood trim. Les replaced and repaired the siding on the house and garage. He repaired he soffit around the house. Les also painted the entire house and garage once all wood and siding was replaced or repaired. Les took care of many small details on his own, not needing to be told what to do. If something was not to his liking, he worked on it until it was. Les is very conscientious and is extremely reliable, not to mention that he is a very pleasant person to deal with. Even neighbors commented on his work ethic and abilities. The house looks brand new is now for sale."
