"I had my condo's balcony enclosure replaced with screens, double glass windows and doors, venetian blinds and flooring, Andrew Mulichak was the design consultant I worked with. He was terrific. He was thorough in explainig my options, helpful in filling out papers for my orders and for financing, He was fun to work with and I recommend calling him if you want a new sunroom or enclosure. I had some installation glitches but the company was good at fixing the problems. I love my new enclosure and I'm glad I hired Patio Enclosures."

"We absolutely love our screened porch. It is by far the best upgrade we have made to our home. We use it every day, We use it more than we use our indoor living room room.! it is perfect. Express sunrooms is professional, on time. I would never use another company for something like this."

"Jeremy at Palmetto Home & Craftsman walked through every step of the process, making sure that we had all the necessary items to make our add on room the type of room we wanted. His staff was very thorough and did the work as if they were working on their own homes. Very often including us on any thoughts they had to make it better. Jeremy has so much experience that he helps you to understand what will be best to make the room what you want. We have been so pleased with our add on room that we asked Jeremy and Palmetto Home & Craftsman to build a free standing Pergola to cover our back patio. Again, he sat down with me and the wife, drew it out and made suggestions that we liked. The different crews involved, concrete, electrical and installers were professional, courteous and respectful of the job and our residence. Jeremy was hands on making sure that all thing - including the little things were taken care of properly. The patio cover is absolutely beautiful and honestly exceeded my expectations."

"Very pleased with our sunroom and they did a great job."

"We had a great experience with this company. They were reliable, and gave great service. They provided efficient and immediate responses and project manager Ray, was always ready and accessible if I ever needed him or had a question about the projects Definitely recommend them and will continue to use them as we progress in our remodels"

"Consult for our guest bathroom remodel went great! We were expecting the price to be much higher than what we were prepared to pay, but they were kind and offered lots of discounts which actually brought it down below our budget. He was kind and courteous. Gave us lots of good information and even took a look at our other bathroom to give us a rough estimate on our plans for that one. I also prefer giving my business to local family-owned businesses! Excited to see how this turns out!"

"Ryan, Dale and the entire staff of Vicars Construction exceeded our expectations with building our dream home! Their expertise, craftsmanship and attention to detail are top notch. They were also very flexible and responsive to our requests for changes to get exactly what we wanted. Overall, they made the entire building process easy. Ryan has also checked in on us from time to time to assure we are pleased! I would absolutely recommend Vicars Construction for your custom home!"

"Richs workers are very good, the work was done in a timely fashion. You have to be a mind reader to know when the crew is coming out to do work, as there is little to no communication between the owner and the client! I felt some pushy sales techniques were used for additional work when quoted."

"We have contracted with many service companies over our 48 years of marriage and had alright decided that we wouldn’t get all stressed out because of this company.....If they just finished in a timely manner we would be grateful. You can imagine our delight when they started the project on the actual Day promised ( we thought it had to be misunderstooding and they got their days mixed up) Now this is where it really starts getting spooky...... The workers arrived every day and acted like we the homeowners where the most important thing in the world. Not it get really crazy.....they finished 2 weeks before promised and wouldn’t let me pay them in full until my wife came back from out of town and put her stamp of approval on the job. I don’t mind telling you you that we are more than pleased with this company and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone."

"Eli is THE BEST handyman experience I’ve had. He does what he is asked to do and if he sees additional problems he will communicate with you to determine what else needs to be done to correct or fix the problem. He is very conscientious and thorough. He even cleans up after his work is completed! I hired him to fulfill requirements of an inspection in order to sell my house. He is very knowledgeable about all phases of repair and construction. He is honest, respectful, and kind. Hire Eli and you will have peace of mind. Cheri B"
