My dog is a rescue & not very receptive to other dogs so I needed at least that side of the fence upright quickly. I called for an estimate on a Sunday hoping to hear a response on Mon. Kyle called me within a couple hrs! Not only that he came that day & gave me a quote. When I told him the situation he said he’d be here Mon am. Bright & early Mon he & the crew showed up. They not only replaced the urgent side they took Tues & Wed from their schedule & finished the whole yard plus 3 gates! "I'm so happy I found Brad on Angie's list. My deck was in poor condition and Brad and his assistant replaced many weather damaged boards on the floor and elsewhere. He checked the structural soundness and added support. Brad made it look beautiful plus he rebuilt the deck stairs so they are so more walkable. He also framed and installed new French exterior doors and a storm/screen door. This was a job that a couple of other contractors looked at and were unable to come up with any plan except sliding doors which I did not want. (I have dogs that destroy sliding door screens.) Brad and his helper were very talented and skilled at their craft. Plus Brad has a great eye for design and comes up with creative and aesthetically pleasing solutions. Did I mention Brad's prices are very fair? I look forward to the next few jobs he will be doing for me!"

"They were on time, courteous and careful with my belongings. Had already moved some things away from the walls and found that the way they put them back was a better arrangement! Didn't pay for interior design service but inadvertently got it ;-).

Here we are a few weeks later and I happened to look under the bed in the master bedroom. The bed is new and was assembled in the room this past July. During the painting, the first day there were two workers who moved the bed. On the second day, there was only one. That one person moved the bed back after the painting and because it was not picked up, the center leg under the frame was broken loose. When I saw that on Friday, 1/8, I called Mr. Vargas, who answered his phone. He argued that there had been two men on the second day so the damage could not have happened. I assured him that was not the case and he made an appointment to look at the bed on Monday 1/11 between 11 and 12. At 2:30 on Monday, I still had not heard from Mr. Vargas so called and left a message to ask him to come after 4 or on the next day. He did not come either time, nor did he call back. I texted him on Wednesday, 1/15 and still no response. 

I'm sorry to report this, I was happy with their work and intended to give them a great deal more work in the future."

He was very skilled and professional at his job , we also had him remodel our bathroom and the his work was outstanding there as well . "Went well, was very pleased with work, he developed an illness while working (sinus infection or bronchitis something of that sort) plus his help quit arriving, so it was just him, he pushed through and completed the project, my only complaint would be he did get in a bit of a rush and a few things were missed that I corrected after he was done but again he was ill, his help quit showing and it was HOT!!! He framed an 8 feet deep 44 feet wide and 64 feet long wrap around porch in a week! Fred was a great guy and would hire again"
