Me and my husband have them as our construction gurus and would trust them with our eyes closed to do any home project and renovation. Our project involved breaking down walls, adding a beam, removing and fixing old electrical and plumbing, new island and cabinets. They were super careful with the rest of the house, finished before deadline and charged us a very fair price for the project and adjustments on the way. This remodel involved blowing out walls,, creating an arch entrance, and moving the kitchen foot print as well as painting, flooring, electrical etc. Kevin our GC was very detailed and communicated well with us throughout the entire process! When a few hiccups happened along the way Kevin was quick to fix and resolve the issue. All the work was done at a very professional level. Go ahead and call South Shore! You won’t be disappointed!"

"They needed to raise the shower floor, so time is needed for it to cure. There seems to be a difference between what was discussed, and what the installer explained. We were told that this company was certified in mold remediation, and that is included in the quote. Installer acted surprised when I mentioned that and also other details that were discussed with our sales rep Dustin. Without the modifications discussed with our sales rep, the shower door that was delivered will certainly not fit. Feeling nervous about the outcome of this job. "

"Bryan Polo and his crew did an awesome job converting my bathtub to a walk in shower. You can see from the picture the intricate work with the wall tile and the mosaic floor tile. I didn’t choose an easy tile to work with, so there was a lot of cutting with the hexagon tiles and the pebble floor. On top of it all, Bryan is such a personable individual which made working with him and his crew a pleasure. He was very communicative about when they’d be here throughout the entire job. Their process was very thorough when going through all of the materials and options etc. Kirsty was amazing at talking with my mom who is the one that is getting the bathroom redone for her safety and comfortability. The entire process was very solid and thorough. Now we see how they do when carrying out the work.
