At a rate of $300 an hour per technician, I would expect the work to be neat and precise. I text and called to express my concerns and when the manager finally came out he said that this is what they typically do and can not fix it. He offered to refund my deposit but failed to mention that they are retaining 25% of the total cost. $440 dollar spend for holes in my fascia boards and glue on my shingles. Do not do business with this company."
