"This started as a roof repair in our kitchen bump out, then turned into a full roof replacement with new gutters. Once we saw the damage on the kitchen area, he looked in the attic and noticed we had leaks so we had him do the whole roof. Then we decided the gutters looked terrible so we had him install new ones with gutter guards. I never felt he was trying to upsell me into these services (I only found out he did gutters when I asked if he had a recommendation). And he was also able to repair the trim and drywall damage from the original leak which I appreciated, so I didn't have to find someone else. We were very happy with his work which is why we hired him to do more. Rick was communicative throughout the whole process. His crews worked hard and it didn't take as long as I expected, given the fact they were replacing my roof in January. We'll hire him again next year to replace the roof on our shop."
