"I was amazed at how great my whole experience was with Covenant Roofing! They showed up on Monday Morning did a complete tear off, replaced the plywood which was all soft due to many hurricanes and had the metal on and completed by the end of the day. I had never dealt with a roofing company before, so I did my homework and went with the company due to their high ratings across the board. It wasn't cheap, but that's not necessarily what I was looking for. Quality work with a company that has a history in the area, proven track record and a roof that comes with a guarantee. They hit all of my expectations and I couldn't be happier. I can again feel secure in my home without the worry of leaks. I appreciate the company and the team that did such a wonderful job and they will always receive my highest recommendation if anyone asks who did my roof. "I paid for new windows. The crew put them in backwards (water drains facing inside the house). They had to come back out and rip all the windows out, put them in correctly, and recaulk (not new windows). Several window sills were busted, not repaired. All the double windows trim buckled. Then, the caulk started to shrink, 6 windows broke (no contact from debris), and 2 windows won't lock (they do not line up right). I contacted Long Home several months ago. They sent out a contractor who investigated the issues. He concluded the windows were handled too much, and they would be replaced under warranty. Christina in the office promised to replace the windows, but nothing has happened. BEWARE. "

Chad explained all the warranties and re-roof process. Chad called the next day to follow-up.. Great Job ! Chad I will follow-up with another rating on the install and that whole process. "As the saying goes " whatever is worth having is worth waiting for" really held true in my situation. At the time I got the estimate I was informed that Scott Allen was backed up with projects and the wait to have my roof repaired would be considerable but having read good things about them I was willing to wait. Once their calendar was cleared they called and set up a day and time that they would start. A crew of four arrived promptly on the assigned day and set to work. They were the hardest working foursome I have ever witnessed! In two days they completely removed all the old shingles and black paper, re-nailed all the original wood decking, installed new black paper and new shingles. Justin, their supervisor, came periodically to check on their progress and also came back on the third day to ensure everything was as it should be. Justin, Carlos and the crew of four all performed their assigned tasks in an exemplary and professional manner. Their work and the materials used were of the highest quality. I highly recommend Scott Allen Roofing, their pricing is reasonable and their work is superb!"

"FHIA replaced 17 windows and my front door with a side light. I rate them #3, because for the most part the project is getting done; however, the project started in April of 2025...due to factory corrections that were required. We're still waiting on them to finish and have the inspection done. I've already started making payments on this project with the hope they'll finish soon. There were hiccups with installation from the startup and ongoing with the various teams that would show up either with the wrong equipment or lacking what was needed to complete the job. Continue to find screws in my driveway after every visit. On the last visit my camera caught the team dumping their uneaten lunch scraps on my front lawn. If they would have asked there's a compost bin in the back they could have used for that. Because of these hiccups and various others incidents that occurred in addition to the length of time this project is taking to complete I rate them #3. I'll upload photos later."
