"I continue to use RCC handyman because of the quality of work that they performs in a timely manner. the crew is very respectful and as a single woman that makes me feel comfortable. I have never had to call them back to fix something that they had already repaired. I had them paint one of the houses on the inside and the house had hardwood floors there was not a speck of paint on the wood flooring. They do great work they show up when they say they get finished when they say. I like it when they leave it’s as if they were never there they clean up everything …. I will continue to use RCC handyman for all of my property needs.."

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"I recently hired Valleyfixer for some home repairs and couldn’t be more pleased. They were punctual, professional, and clearly experienced. The work was completed efficiently and to a very high standard – from fixing drywall and leaky faucets to installing shelves and even helping with a tricky door frame. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the cleanliness after the job was done. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work. Prices were fair and transparent with no surprises."

"Eric has done an outstanding job on all of the work that he has done for us over the years. He completely remodeled a garage to make it into a living space, remodeled a kitchen, installed flooring, installed a gas fireplace, installed new doors and baseboards, etc. All of his work is to perfection and the final product is always beautiful! Most importantly Eric is a delight to work with. He is patient, persistent and extremely pleasant. He is neat and thorough. He's very easy to communicate with and is always responsive to our questions or concerns. We always get complements on the work that he is done and all of it has held up over many years now. We highly recommend him without any reservation."

"They don't use the same contractor. You don't always get the best. It's cheaper for major repairs. They cover everything, parts, labor."
