"My experience with them was really superb. The owner is terrific he came out personally and explained the products, came out a couple of times when the workers were here. The workers were great, in fact I have some cards for them, where I may have posted them later. They did an excellent concrete work. So they both, did a concrete extension and then they put up the overhead enclosure with a ceiling fan. So anyway we were really pleased, very good customer service, very good attentiveness with a good pricing, I felt very good about the whole thing."

"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. "Do make sure you and your contractor understand each other and explain exactly what you need and want.  Most often
old homes will have problems with dry rot, termites, old electrical and a good contractor lets you know you have these problems and will give you an estimate of what it will cost to fix them.  My opinion is if you are going to have a job done you should not mask problems.  We were fortunate not to have had dry rot.  The bones of our house was in very good condition.  However, our electrical panel was going to need replacing.  If you have your home already open to reside or whatever you are doing the extra time and cost is worth it.

"I contacted 5 patio cover contractors that I found on Angie's List and Yelp.  And though the number of reviews for Sierra Suncreens and Patio Covers seem few, I was very impressed by the comments on each of the reviews.  I got 4 estimates and Sierra was the lowest.  But it was because of my phone conversation with owner, Dan, and the Angie's List reviews that I chose this contractor.  I gave Sierra a "down payment" check that included cost of building permit.  Sierra took care of obtaining permit and the cost was much less that estimated.  Because of this the difference was subtracted from original cost agreement.
I was very impressed with crew leader, Jesus and his entire crew.   They were very friendly and professional.  They came by in afternoon and delivered materials.  They arrived, the next morning, just before I left to play round of golf and by the time I returned home they were gone, the work and cleanup completed.  The patio cover is beautiful and looks better than I imagined.  The job included wiring for ceiling fan to be installed during cover installation.  The ceiling fan I ordered did not arrived at time of cover installation and Jesus, gave me his cell phone number and told me just to call him when fan arrived and they would find time to come by and install.  After I got the fan, I called Jesus and, good to his word, he and his crew came by and installed the ceiling fan.
I was very happy with this contractor and crew and the product that was installed at my home.  I feel that I made the best choice with Sierra Sunscreens and Patio Covers and look forward to enjoying a shaded patio for many years."

Selecting the right construction company for us wasn't difficult and hard as we thought it would be because we were lucky enough to have a friend that hired Pure Home Remodeling before to perform several remodeling projects and they were proud to refer them to us. To our house arrived our project manager and he gave us all the requested information, ideas and estimate. We were shocked by all the important data and materials we needed and it proved us how much we know. More than that, He gave us a great amount of explanation on how they work, what should we expect from him and his office and how long should it takes. This information was very important one. The complete remodeling process was very smooth and easy. Our project manager and any one from the working crew were excellent! Fast, skilled, easygoing and really take pride in each work they did or do. It took close to a month to finish everything. We valued the fact that they were so eager to work and to do it on the best side of perfection. We love the new kitchen and bathroom that they did for us including the: cabinets, new tile floor, stone counter tops, white subway tile back splash, and in the kitchen the same. "Guys did a great job as promised.  Took advantage of a $999 special; an additional $300 for extra exterior door painting.  Approximately $1000 in paint necessary but we chose top quality paint in lieu of having Better Choice select paint.  House was power washed and some trim replaced prior to painting.  Some delays due to the high temperatures we experienced that pushed out the job a couple of times.
