Get matched with top brick and stone flatwork repair pros in Irmo, SC

"Baron Harvin is an excellent brick mason. The lower half of the brick veneer between my garage doors was partially torn away when my cement driveway was removed. I kept the top part of the veneer supported by wood until I could find someone willing to make a repair. Mr. Harvin had no problem accepting the job. The work he did was outstanding. Not only did he seamlessly restore the lower half of the brick veneer at this part of the wall, he salvaged some of the original brick that was pull off the wall and mixed it with new brick that was a close match. He also matched the color of the new mortar with the color of the original mortar. I was very impressed with his attention to detail. He also repointed the brick stairs to my front door. Mortar had broken away from some bricks and was being washed away from the remainder. Tile at the top of the stairs was also coming loose, decades after original installation. Mr. Harvin did an outstanding restoration of those steps."

"Cleaned up and left the steps and walkway as cleaned as it was found before the repairs began! Mr Chris kept close contact with me as the work on my brick steps was in progress. I would recommend Precision Construction to anyone needing this type of service.. He is very punctual. I will hire his company for other projects when needed in the future. Verna"

"The service was great. He did an excellent patio for me."

"Deck repair was the first job. The deck boards were replaced, but the the railing is not finished. She asked to make sure not up to code. Left a mess from the deck. Additional Handyman work was done: Small window replacement, broke the gate, didn't complete fixing the electrical in the garage, railings on deck and check if deck up to code. She let barrow pole pruner to order a part to fix and never delivered. Also paid for the wood and was to get a refund. Never did. So is willing to have sp make it right with window, gate , railings and the pole pruner. If not willing to work it out $600."

"Great! Will strongly recommend for anyone's property."

"Damian and his crew built a beautiful privacy fence. My backyard feels like an oasis now. They were friendly and professional. Would definitely hire again!"

"I first met Scott with this company when he was doing my parents home and my mom was raving about his work. Later on, he had done one of their friends homes as well remodeling their kitchen. Well, when I noticed the bottom of my shower cracked I knew exactly who to call and was pleased with him as well! He is able to take an idea and expand on it making it better than my original one. He is an artist when it comes to his work. He was able to save me some money by getting me a deal on a certain type of tile and allowing me to upgrade from the pre fab type stuff I already had in my house. I am soo planning on a major project to my kitchen soon and will be calling on this company again.
