In the summer of 2020, my garbage disposal was leaking and needed to be replaced. I obtained several estimates and DryMount was by far the best when considering price and the quality of the disposal. Some other companies offered to sell me older models and were more expensive on parts alone than what DryMount charged for a newer and quieter model, which included installation. I could not have been happier with the service. In January 2021, I didn’t have hot water anywhere in the house. I was so happy with my previous experience, I called DryMount to ask if they could check out my water heater. "As always, National Water does a great job for me.  Dave and his company have been the sole water support for my home since we built and moved in Aug. 2003.  They are incredibly responsive - for example, our hot water heater went out at 11pm on a very cold winter night back in 2005.  I called the emergency line, expecting to leave a message.  Not only did I get an answer, but they were out the very next morning to resolve the problem.  Another time, we were out of town, and our water stopped working over the weekend.  We had a house guest at our home, we called, and on Sunday afternoon National Water was there!

Besides emergency issues, Dave and his team provide excellent maintenance services.  We are on well water, which in our case has created a few issues:  Poor water pressure, hard water and after storms, dirty water from mud and sand.  National Water has put on systems to our water to resolve all three of these issues.  They maintain it annually and are available for any problems. 

National Water, several years back replaced our hot water heater to a much more energy efficient system that never runs out of hot water!

"Not only were the leaks addressed, Drain Surgeon also wrote a memo to me as to what was found. The tenant had turned the hot water heater up to maximum. This resulted in deterioration of the washers and hoses causing the leaks. They even included a photo of the temperature mechanism set where it was when they arrived and as it was re-set once the repairs were done. I used their memo to discuss sharing the cost of the repairs with the tenant. I also use this same company for work at my own home. I am a very happy customer on both fronts. Thank you."

"Leaking toilet -- replaced a flexible pipe for a solid pipe, the flapper, flush handle.  Checked to ensure the toilet was not leaking internally.  
Leaking valve to outside faucet -- he replaced the handle completely that included soldering.  
He worked efficiently, spent time discussing my options which was extremely helpful to me, and did an excellent job.  I would recommend the plumber.

"He did a really good job. He was really fast in getting here and inspecting the old water heater and going out to get the new water heater with the parts. He did everything by himself and it only took him 1 and a half-2 hours. I had hot water within 5 minutes after he left, which I didn't have before he came. The price was high but the quality of service was worth it."
