His specialties include: All laminate flooring, baseboards, and crown moldings, interior painting, bathroom and kitchen fixture installation, light plumbing and electrical to include shower and bathtub valves, sink and toilet installations, electrical outlets and switches, and ceiling fans. Additionally, Super Dave can build and install custom built-in cabinets, entertainment centers, and fireplace mantles. Outside the house Super Dave can install sod, sprinklers and valves, and other landscaping features such as mosaic walkways and patios. Finally, if you are a homeowner and you want to do something yourself but need an expert helper Super Dave will happily assist with your project! NOTE: There is no specific handyman license in California; however, a handyman working on jobs worth more than $500 (even if your component is less than $500, but the overall job is worth more) must have a state license in California. If you work on a job that does not become a fixed part of the structure, such as hanging pictures or building furniture, you’ll be exempt from the $500 limit and can work on bigger projects. ??
