"Dehumidifier installed and worked great! The circuit board had a serious glitch, so the company came out and installed a new one after it failed."

"Enoch helped us get money from our utility company to help with the purchase of central HVAC system."

"Southern Air Mechanical upgraded my AC unit and has actually saved me money on my monthly electric bill. They were quick, efficient and above all else professional. I felt like my family’s heating and AC needs were a top priority to them. I have been shouting their praises to anyone that will listen. Five stars from me!"

"All techs who have come to install and maintain my HVAC system are knowledgeable and courteous They are very professional and I highly recommend them,"

"One of the first things the tech stated when he came through the door is that they replace roofs too. Somehow that felt a bit unnerving. That is not what I purchased and I didn't want a hard pitch to do a service other that what I expected. Anyway the guy went into the attic was there for quite a time and then came back with pictures. When he came into the kitchen he circled my island which again made me a bit uncomfortable. I had some other bills and items on the counter and I felt he was trying to read the documents. Anyway, he said I needed a fairly expensive part and that it would be a a couple of days before he could install. On his return I didn't see a box or any part in his hand. Maybe he had in his bag he used? Anyway he was again in the attic for what seemed a long time. He collected his payment and left. I never saw the defective part. The heater works but I am again wondering if he truly did install a part or any parts. Based on this gut feeling I am uncomfortable having this service technician or his company in my home again."

"They did a great job. Very reasonable priced and did the job very promptly. Great customer service and knowledgable. They gave us the option of repairing or a new unit. No pressure at all. We decided on a new unit due to the age of our HVAC. Would highly recommend."

"Metro Air did an excellent job! I highly recommend this company, especially Ron, my technician. At first I thought i just needed Freon , then thought it was a bad capacitor, come to find out I needed a whole new outside unit. The price was on the higher end of the spectrum when I googled comparable pricing, however the customer service I received was excellent. All care was kept in keeping my home, inside and outside, clean and tidy. Ron was prompt and pleasant to work with. They work on Sundays, and came out immediately when I called with my air troubles. Great company! Thank you Metro Air!"

"I had some smart thermostats that needed to be installed, it was looking too complicated for me, so I went with this company based on their info on Angi. They installed the units, upgraded the system where necessary, and stood by their work, even coming out a couple times to fine-tune everything, proving themselves highly responsive focused on keeping me happy as a customer. Highly recommended."

"They were the 3 runner-up the HVAC system, Installation and attached services were good but we went another direction for this project decided to go with a local business with equal qualifications."

"The overall experience was great. The installation process exceeded my expectations."
