They have replaced several water heaters, a water softener, installed a new toilet and today William “Junior” repaired a water line leak in the front yard. We have always been pleased with their work, they do it right the first time. Their employees are responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. "I scheduled a visit btw  8am-9am and technician got there at 9:08. <br />  I called the office at 8:30 am  to verified the appointment  since I hadn't got a phone call that the technician had been dispatched.  Operator said that the Technician was still at Camp Bullis road office and asked me  if I wanted to talk to the technician on the phone. <br /> I had sent a message before I scheduled the appointment  and I got a reply  back that said that a technician had to go and evaluate the problem why should I talk to the technician on the phone if they are going to the house to evaluate the cost? <br /> Technician got to the house at 9:08 and was very professional. <br /> The estimate was $275 to remove a garbage disposal and unclog the 16 inch pipe. More like taking the pipe and replacing it with a new one to make a connection to the pipes from the other sink. (double sink). <br /> $85 dls to go and work on the shower faucets and see why there was no pressure. Total price to repair the shower was not included. $85 was just to check the work needed. $85 was going to be discounted towards the final bill of the shower. <br /> $275 for the garbage disposal removal and unclog or change the 16inch  pipe was the price that got my attention in comparison with other estimates.  <br /> I don't like when there is not an up front quote of the final price. This was the highest estimate that I got . <br /> Called another company from the list and ended up paying $55 for the shower  repair bc the problem with the no pressure was an easy fix that took 15 minutes to repair and $75 for the garbage disposal removal and new pipes. <br /> Advice: To make a good impression always give the total estimate of the work to be performed and have competitive prices. Be between the time frame of the scheduled appt and call the costumer to confirm the appointment. <br /> <br />"

"When I was contacted by Kerry at Bluefrog Plumbing their workload allowed them to come out the same day to solve my plumbing problems. She gave me a two-hour window when J.J. would be here. Then she called to let me know that he would be here within 45 minutes - and he was. They were both very professional and excellent communicators. Before J.J. came we described the three issues that needed to be addressed so that when he got here he could have the material needed on his truck: The master bath tub faucet leaks (the house was built in 1984, so the faucet hardware is very old); the plunger mechanism in the guest bathroom sink is broken just a view inches inside the sink drain pipe, therefore, the sink plunger mechanism doesn't work; and the bathroom sink faucet needs to be fixed. J.J. (a licensed plumber) did awesome job in explaining the mechanical details and cost of what we wanted done. Although a little pricey, we will definitely consider using them again in the future. I present the following information as an FYI in the hope that it will help some potential customers save some time and frustration of finding the best contractor that HomeAdvisor lists. Somehow, when Bluefrog Plumbing learned that I was researching other plumbers, Kerry called and offered their services. I had never used HomeAdvisor so I didn't understand how their website compared with Angie's list website, which I've been using for years. Then I learned that HomeAdvisor had bought out Angie's list and that their websites were very comparable in how the customer's reviews were presented. If you know this, you needn't read further. Instead of showing how each customer rated the contractors on an A, B, C, D, F scale (which I really like), HomeAdvisor uses a system comparable to Amazon's STAR review for each customer of 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 STARS. Between the lack of understanding between the company Buy-Out and the customer review rating system, I wasted a lot of time understanding the similarity between the two companies, so I almost chose not to do business with any HomeAdvisor recommended companies in the future - my mistake."

"Chad was great! We had a faucet leak that went from a slow drip to a big drip overnight? I called C & W first thing on Wed am and was put on the waiting list for Wed. Jennifer called at 3:30 to say Chad was enroute. He arrived 15 mins later. After looking over the issue, Chad gave us the quote and changed out a cartridge on the hot water side. It had been replaced 6 months ago by another plumber (not sure if it was a bad cartridge or other issue). He was finished in 20 minutes and no issues so far?.
