"The repair went very well! I made an appointment with the dispatcher. I explained that the problem was faulty zone not working on my sprinkler system. She explained the hourly rate as well as the possible problems and cost associated with those problems once isolated. Michael (tech) was scheduled to come to my home the next day. Michael arrived on time. He was clean, and very courteous. I explained the problem of a station not functioning on my sprinkler system, and he got to work immediately. Michael diagnosed the issue and found that there as a faulty valve. While he was working, I followed Michael around, watched him work, and asked a bunch of questions about my system. He answered all of my questions in a professional manner. Michael replaced the broken valve, then tested the system for leaks. He also checked and adjusted every sprinkler head in the zone of the replaced valve. He cleaned up, gathered his tools, and verified that nothing was left behind. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work that was completed, and plan to use Collin County Sprinkler again in the future. I really like the no nonsense, courteous, yet professional approach that this company takes in doing business."

After getting an overview of the system, he did recommend several options and quoted me a price of $54/6'' pop-up head replacement plus $95 trip charge. "I called them up and emailed them my plot plan. They gave me a approximate cost of 4300.00$ whole yard. They were very professional and fast to respond. I counter with an offer that was 1000.00 less than their estimate. I had gotten a couple estimates around 3200. $ I really wanted to go with them because they had a good reputation.The gentleman I was dealing with at Moore said they could not do it at 3200$. "The quote process went well. Carlos is very knowledgeable about the trees and processes. The quoted cost was much 50%than other Arborists (which is different than a tree trimmer). When I asked why the price was high, The response was "I am offering a premium pruning, which consist of raising canopies, interior thinning, reduce away from home, balancing trees, deadwood, mistletoe and broken limbs removed, most importantly the Selective Pruning on the higher parts of tree that is strongly recommend." Based on this response, I hired them to do the job. They did a good job of installing the tree brace and cable system. They also did a nice job of pruning the Live Oak. However, the other 2 trees were given a very minimal trimming. Asked for them to return and complete the "Premium", They came back the next day and did the job completely. The trees now look great. In summary, they are capable, quick, knowledgeable and expensive, and may under-prune unless you are very clear on your instructions."

"On Saturday July 2, 2016 we had SOD installed in our entire front yard.  Our sprinklers however were not up to the task of watering and keeping this expensive project alive.  Lucky for us I found Southern Comfort Lawn.  I called Bryan on Tuesday 7/5/16 and ask how long it would be to get help.  After telling him my problem, he said he would be here in 1 hour/  REALLY !
He showed up a he said, surveyed the problem and gave me a cost to fix.  I agreed and he went right to work.
We are 100% good to go now, grass is happy and we are also.
NOTE: Bryan, also did a considerable amount of work on some tree and vine areas in our back yard, rewired the sprinkler control box so the order of watering was correct. Loaded a couple of items in our truck we could not lift, and DID NOT chaqqrge us for any of this.
