Marc was very informative and explained everything he would need to do with rerouting the water line, installing all items and the length of time it would take. I spent weeks researching tankless heaters, etc and calling Marc with questions. He was very patient and answered all my questions. The job was handled with care and Marc and his assistants took their time making sure the job was done correctly. Samantha, in the finance office, was very sweet and handled all the necessary work expertly. I am happy with all the work done.
