"I have a 1957 built ranch-style home that needed some major upgrades over the past 3 years.  Those projects were all done by Dion at Three Rivers Remodeling.  I met Dion back in 08/2011 through my neighbor (his in-laws) and the first project was my upstairs bathroom.  I was impressed with Dion's professionalism, attention to detail/cleanliness, and punctuality.  I was really impressed when Dion asked if it would OK for him to work on the bathroom on Labor Day.  Since then, in 2011 Dion installed glass block windows in my garage and replaced the doors/base boards in the hallway.  In 2012, Dion replaced a paneled wall in the living room with drywall, painted the living room, refinished the hardwood floors, and built stairs leading from the basement to the living area.  In 02/2014, I hired Dion for a complete kitchen remodel.  Finally, in 11/2014, Dion remodeled my downstairs bathroom.  On that job, after he gutted the room we found several problems that we were not expecting.  Dion worked most days until 9:00 (after asking me if that would be OK) in order to get the job done by the promised completion date while not sacrificing the quality of the finished project.  When I show people the finished project, they are always very impressed by Dion's work.
Dion does all the work himself and he is a bit of a perfectionist.  I know that he prefers to do the job right as opposed to doing the job cheaply.  I cannot say the same thing about the prior owners of my house.  When we discovered the issues with the downstairs basement, Dion explained my options.  What we could/could not get away with.  What is the right way/workaround to correct the problem.  Inevitably, with my experience with Dion, I trust his judgement and always authorize him to do it the right way.
When it comes to pricing, I do my research and go into the project with a range on what I think it will cost.  Dion always comes in within that range.  Never overpriced and never a low-ball estimate.  He discusses what needs to be done with me in layman's terms and his contract clearly discloses all the work to be done for the price.  Any unanticipated costs (like on the downstairs bathroom) are clearly discussed, priced, documented, and presented to me for approval before Dion proceeds with any work.
Oh, and Dion likes my dogs (and they love him) even letting them out for bathroom breaks while he's on the job.  May seem trivial, but, just another example of the extra steps Dion takes to make the whole process a positive experience.

"I wanted my oversized tub removed and to install a larger walk in shower . Luis and his team came and immediate began working on demolishing the bathroom. Everyday they cleaned up behind themselves and was patient with me to answer all of my questions and any concerns I had . They were very professional and pleasant to work with. "We worked very closely with Alan for the planning of the job and the fixture selection. He listened carefully to what we wanted to accomplish and ultimately helped our wishes become reality. Alan was very accommodating to our schedule, with a vacation planned and an unexpected surgery that was needed. Alans son Jason was the job foreman on our job with Tom and Colin as his assistants. They worked together as a well oiled machine, first covering our hardwood floors with foam board and luan plywood, then covering everything with plastic sheeting and making an actual little roomette enclosure in which they kept their tools and workstation. Know too, that these three men worked on the total gutting and remodeling of one bathroom (master), while also updating an adjacent guest bathroom with new flooring, faucet fixtures and sink while enclosing a reach through storage area to allow for an much larger shower in the master bathroom. The men were on the job at 8 in the morning and worked through until they had accomplished the job goals for that day. All of the work was done professionally, the men were all very courteous and polite and when the job was completed eight days later, we had a brand new master bath and an updated guest bath as desired. There was nothing left here to let anyone know they had even been here except for two very nice bathrooms and two very pleased customers. Thank you A.M. Construction, LLC."

"We have been dreaming about a new kitchen for a long time.  We pass by the Champion Kitchen showroom often during our routine errands. Doing some research we found positive comments so I stopped by to see the showroom.  Steve spent a lot of time talking to me that day and we decided to have him come to the house to give us an estimate.  He stopped by that week and had a couple of designs ready within a week. We had talked to another company but we liked Steve?s design, cabinet choices, plan for work and price.  We even expanded our project to include hardwood floors throughout our main floor, a powder room remodel and ceramic tile installation in our utility room.  Steve coordinated everything (with the exception of backsplash installation). He gave us a schedule and stuck to it. When delivery of the hardwood flooring threatened to delay the project he found another supplier.  Steve and his
crew arrived promptly and did everything he said he would, everything we asked and more.  We were impressed that instead of destroying the old (and I mean old) cabinets, he carefully removed them and arranged for them to be recycled.  When we removed wallpaper so that we could repaint the powder room and found some water damage in the dry wall, he fixed it. He recommended a local appliance store and coordinated delivery and installation of all the appliances. Because the hardwood floor installation was such a big job he brought in another craftsman to do that installation which kept the project moving. We are delighted with everything about our new kitchen, powder room and floors.  Steve and his crew are skilled craftsmen and we would recommend Champion Kitchens to
anyone.  In fact, we have already talked to him about another project."
