He also was super informative and also let me know about the other services that he offers and was even able to give me a couple of rough estimates on other projects that we are interested in having done. Which was very much appreciated. The job we hired him for to clean our gutters and downspouts was done perfectly and so quickly. He was even able to check a spot on our roof near the chimney that we were concerned about leaking. He was able to recalk it for us while he was up there. Highly recommend Richard with Spellman Home Services. We will defiantly hire him for future projects!!"

"Jeff did each of the jobs efficiently and in a timely manner. Jobs Work included installing dry wall on the game room ceiling (damaged by water), covered a damaged kitchen floor with wood laminate, reinstalled a heavy bathroom mirror, and covered water stains on the living room ceiling. Jeff was extremely efficient and did the jobs in a timely manner."

"I am very unsatisfied with my experience. I called the office to talk about my projects and get a quote on the jobs that I needed completed. We discussed all three jobs. The office said this would take a day and quoted me a price. They charged me money to hold my appointment date. A month went by, I had to call the office the day before the appointment to make sure that someone was still going to be arriving the next day. The appointment was scheduled to start at 8:00 am. The handyman came to my house at 12:45. He looked at the jobs that were to be completed and said that he could only finish one of them and asked which of the three I would like him to do. He went out to buy materials and returned back to my house sometime around 3:00. He never even fully finished one of the jobs. He left my house at 5:30 and I was charged over $1000. I was also charged for a gallon of paint that he never even used because the job was never completed. "

"My wife and I were very pleased by the plaster work that was performed in our home by Robert Dell'aquilla Plastering. The owner and his workers did great work on about 5 different areas of our house, ranging from holes that had been punched into walls from previous electrical work, damage that had been done during storms and leaking gutters, and cracks in some rooms due to subsidence. In each case, the work was done professionally and completely, addressing the issues and leaving each area looking like new. The employees were very experienced and skilled, making some difficult repair situations look amazing. They treated our home like their own, even repairing some minor issues they spotted that were not initially requested. All of the crew were diligent in cleaning the rooms and closet areas that had been worked on. We found Robert Dell'aquilla Plastering by searching and researching previous reviews. We were very pleased with the work that they performed in our home."

"These guys are not only pros—they are true gutter artisans. After a decidedly frustrating experience with previous roofers, who were at best sloppy but in any case showed no pride in work, working with Ryan Hankey and Always Perfect Contracting has been a breath of fresh air. The work was a challenging replacement of a decayed and rotting box gutter on a circa 1850s historic home on a steep hillside with 36 stairs. There was no way to save the box gutter. Ryan and his team of Jeff and Dino worked long days in high heat and humidity to get the job done in two days. Not only did they replace the gutter, they remediated some of the sloppiness perpetrated by previous roofers at no extra cost. I got three bids on this project, and although Always Perfect Contracting was not the cheapest, the level of craftsmanship more than warranted the price differential. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough—7 stars (out of 5)."

"I was planning to sell my vehicle as a trade-in and needed to get the vehicle detailed within the next four days. Due to the Angie's List ratings, I contacted Mobile Wash and Lube and they were able to add me to their schedule just n time and they did a wonderful job. I have kids and we do a lot of eating on the go. Needless to say that I let the crumbs get so out of control that the 2nd row seats and floor was an embarrassing mess. The amount of crumbs and the location of the crumbs would have completely overwhelmed me if I had to detail the vehicle myself. The team came and were finished within a few hours. The result was a vehicle that looked brand new. I almost did not want to trade it in. I felt as if I were driving a new vehicle! Even the dealer commented and stated that whoever did the detail work did a great job. Every crumb was gone and you could not tell that I had two car seats in the vehicle as the seats looked brand new. The outside was perfect...I could not have asked for a better job. The team was very friendly and professional. The price was perfect. I received estimates from two other reputable places that quoted me $350-$400. I plan to use them in the future to keep my new vehicle looking new!"
