"Once I called, they quickly sent someone out to give me an estimate. They answered all my questions and informed me of how they would tackle the work. The estimate I received was nearly 1/3 less than a competitors work, and I liked that they would not be running any wires outside my house. The most "damage" there would be would be a small hole in my dining room ceiling to run wire up to an outlet upstairs. It took about 3 weeks, to get the job scheduled, but all along the company was informative (they were going to be a little later than anticipated the day of the work) and professional. The technician Joseph G and his assistant were amazing! Again, answering any questions I had the day of and the best part is, they didn't even need to make a whole in the ceiling. These electrical magicians were able to run the wire up and through the wall to the upstairs outlet. Needless to say, I would hire CW Electrical again in a heartbeat."

Unfortunately, the rest of our experience was very different. In May, we were told the remaining work would take three weeks, but it wasn't completed until July 14. Communication from the owner was poor, and we repeatedly had to ask for updates. The work only wrapped up after we stressed an important deadline. The quality felt rushed. We were quoted for 6 feet of flooring but only about 4 feet was replaced. The crew left debris on our freshly stained deck, including over 10 screws we removed ourselves. Construction debris wasn't picked up until the next day, and we weren't informed. Our new exterior door was also left unfinished, requiring more repairs. "Amazing group of repair professionals. I highly recommend Mr. Handyman Pittsburgh East. The deck on my house needed to be replaced. Rick, the Project Manager, and Todd, Chuck, Shawn and Jack, the service techs who worked on the deck, were excellent, very professional and neat, cleaning up every day. When I started talking with Rick about this project, I thought it wasn't going to possible for me to have everything taken care of in one undertaking. I must admit that cost was the major stumbling block. The deck is large and lumber/material costs took my breath away. But Rick worked with me, adjusting the materials and the design and making suggestions to help me make it happen! The deck was completed yesterday and I couldn't be happier.
