"After their great work with the popcorn ceiling removal, we hired them to redo our bathroom. It turned out to be a gut renovation. They did a beautiful job! Great craftsmanship from all fronts - plumbing, electrical, and tile work. They were very professional, showed up when they promised, and finished the work in a reasonable amount of time. They also cleaned up after themselves each day."

"Working with Dave and all the workers made my remodel stress free. From redesigning the layout to the last touches, Fine design worked on giving me everything I needed for my bathroom. They were clean, professional and so easy to work with. What I loved the most was that Dave was at my house almost everyday making sure the job was done right."

"Robert did a phenomenal job on all aspects of the projects. He was especially knowledgeable in regards to the different options we might have along with costs, as well as bang for your buck. His work is flawless and long lasting. If at any point you had a question or were unsure about how something was coming out (which is common with any remodel) he has a way of assuring you, and is open to reworking things until they are to your standard. His experience also makes him a terrific sounding board to discuss ideas and possibilities before endeavoring to begin a project that may have implications that you havent considered. He is not the most expensive contractor you will find, but he offers the best value of any that we have worked with in the past. He renovated a bathroom, a living room, a dining room, stairs, and a patio door, which included siding."

"Dealing with everyone at Oz Contracting has been an absolute pleasure! Our first project was remodeling a bathroom. The experience and results were so terrific that we used Oz again to remodel a kitchen and another bathroom. Our upcoming fourth project with Oz will be converting a bedroom into a primary bathroom and constructing a walk-in closet. Uzi, the owner, is the numbers man and has been wonderful to work with. He helps with the layout and gives meaningful suggestions to complement our needs. Lori, the designer, is very creative and has been able to make our vision become a reality. We value her opinion, which usually winds up being our choice. Our foreman Mike is fantastic. He's on the jobsite regularly and addresses any concerns immediately to our satisfaction. He oversees a wonderful and talented work crew who are punctual, polite, and true artisans of their crafts. The office staff are attentive and always helpful. If you want a top-notch professional job done by people who take pride in their work, then look no further than Oz Contracting! Quality craftmanship, integrity, and responsiveness - they are a rare find, especially today!!"

"We are thrilled with our remodeled bathroom! It’s a small room but the team came in and transformed the space into something beautiful. They handled all aspects from tile removal and breakdown through installing new shower, fixtures, tile and paint. They were punctual, professional and thorough. Great job - we will work with them again when we start our next project."

"Dani & Manuel worked long & hard on my bathroom. Great teamwork! Really appreciated their patient, diligent efforts until this difficult job was done. Very, very professional. I was so nervous for no reason. They remained pleasant & optimistic. Amazing job!"

"Remodeled our bathroom, kitchenette, and resolved other unforeseen issues. The remodeling crew did an excellent job! What we loved best was the accommodations, arrived on time, reasonably priced, and understood our remodeling needs. Would hire again for other home remodeling."

"I highly recommend Loja Renovations & Fine Carpentry LLC! Manuel and Fabian were professional, courteous, and did an outstanding job. They helped me with several projects in my home, including mounting two TVs, installing a shoe rack, hanging a very heavy mirror, putting up window shades, and installing several shelves. Everything was done carefully and professionally, and they were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. What I especially appreciated was how prompt and reliable they were. They came all the way from Corona, Queens, and arrived ready to get everything done. Their attention to detail and quality of work really stood out. They offer a wide range of renovation and carpentry services, and based on my experience, I would absolutely hire them again for future projects. It’s not always easy to find people who are dependable, skilled, courteous, and take pride in their work, so I’m very glad I found Manuel and Fabian."
