Jorge and his partner came over shortly thereafter and took measurements and a few days later, Mary set up the installation. We did not love the style we chose for our curved stairway and when we explained our mistake, they could not have been nicer. "It could not have gone better. We recently bought a new place that had very old carpeting covering half the house. Although it is very hard to provide an estimate of refinishing floors when you don't know what is under the carpet, Mike was true to his estimate and his crew completed the job right on time. As with any job, there were some unexpected issues that needed to be addressed. Mike's team, and George in particular, were able to fix the problems (namely, wood HVAC vents and floor molding) at a very reasonable price. The best part of the job was that the master staircase was previously carpeted and was in pretty bad shape. After pulling up the carpet, Mike gave us some options on how to refinish and/or paint the stairs and risers. We had them refinish the stairs and risers (which cost a little extra), but now the stairs are a showpiece in the house. We couldn't be happier with the work that Mike did for us. We have now used him twice and would use him again in a heartbeat."

"The end job was excellent.  They came every day, stayed all day until the job was finished.  We are very happy with the finished product.  However, they did not return calls promptly and were going to leave the job unfinished.  By unfinished I mean they were going to leave without properly  installing all the shoe  molding.  They were going to leave a putty joint between the floor and baseboard showing.  They also charged us for the additional shoe molding which we believed was included in the original price. recommend them justmake sure you include everything you want  written in the contract."
