Although it took a few attempts to schedule an estimate and the work (he was very busy with other jobs at the time), once everything was squared away everything else went extremely smoothly. First off, Marlon is adept at his trade. He is able to customize doors (cut them, size them, and glass panels to them etc) for hundreds, even thousands less than you would pay for a custom door. He explained to me that he used to work in a door factory where they would do custom door work, and had all the tools and machines to do the same work himself. True to his word, Marlon and his partner were able to cut an exterior door I needed for my rear entrance to a custom size to fit, and punched out the top of a standard metal exterior door and added two panes of glass in perfectly sealed to allow more light in the basement. I paid the stock door price at Home Depot and he customized it for me at extremely low prices. I was quoted by others for thousands for three exterior doors and two screen doors. Marlon did the work for just over $1,000. The doors were expertly installed along with the locks and door knobs I had purchased. I would highly recommend Marlon and his partner for any door install!"
