For my particular model (Whirlpool) he's seen the common water leak issue I was experiencing. Oftentimes, filter housings need to be replaced. Mr. Harmond W. just confirmed my observation and I am glad I may now rectify the issue. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Harmond W. sent me the exact part needed via email . One may shop around at different retailers to purchase the part. Neli also sells appliance OEM parts as well by partnering with other companies. I will be going with another retailer/seller since the price was much lower with a good return policy and a protection plan option as well. For $35, one can't beat that. A diagnostic evaluation alone may range from $150 and up. I was able to pinpoint the problem and order the part. I won't be arranging for an appointment to self-install. One has to know where to draw the line. I will hire someone once I have the part in hand. I already have someone in mind, also referred by Angi. Luckily, I didn't have to do any thing too cumbersome. I gained some handy tools at well. I really liked using the nutdriver vs a screwdriver. So I've added all the necessary tools I need for the appointment to my collection, and they will be handy in the future. Overall this was an optimal experience and I would certainly refer and use Neli in the future. If you are confident in unscrewing/re-screwing, and removing parts of your appliance, I'd say give it a try. NOTE: Also understand that this an all virtual service. "On August 18th my wife noticed some water pooling underneath our LG washer. After moving the washer and taking a quick look it was obvious that there was a significant leak. So after doing a quick search on Angi, I decided to call ABC Appliance Repair to set up a service call. The Wednesday morning when I called I thought it would be at least a week before they could get me on the schedule but, to my surprise, the scheduler told me they could schedule a Wednesday 1:30pm-3:30pm service call window. The technician, Adrian, arrived on time and was clean, polite, and professional. Once Adrian removed the top of the washer he instantly found the problem; a couple of leaky valves. He would have to order new valves and said the valves would arrive by Friday August 20th. The morning of August 20th I get a call from ABC to let me know the valves arrived and could they schedule a 1:00pm to 3:00 service call window. Adrian arrived promptly @1:00 pm and took a hour to install the new valves. My experience with ABC Appliance Repair was excellent. The tech arrived within the service call window and was professional. The new valves were ordered on Wednesday and arrived on Friday as promised. I will definitely use ABC for my next appliance repair."

Alvin came to our house on a Saturday to inspect our hot water heater that went out. He not only arrived promptly on a Saturday morning, he informed my husband and I about each step of his inspection. He even showed us where the exhaust was disconnected allowing carbon monoxide to fill our garage. Since the unit was less than 3 years old he encouraged us to

call the manufacturer (replacement part wouldn't be in for another 5 days-No hot water for 5days!!) The benefits in replacing our particular unit out weighed keeping it. By six o'clock that night we had hot water with a terrific guarantee.

"Kevin, the owner of KSM, is a good guy to work with. It's obvious he has a lot of experience and is able to think on his feet. He removed a marble tile from our wall and installed new valves. It was a tight workspace and took several hours to get everything where it needed to be. I was able to find some matching marble tile here in town and they cut that to fit the new fixtures. He also spent several hours removing some old moldy caulk from around the perimeter of the tub and redoing it. Very labor intensive but it ended up looking nice. It wasn't cheap but plumbers rarely are. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
