"I hired Long Island handyman construction group to remodel a 400sf basement and bathroom in Melville. They were priced in the middle compared to other bids. I picked them thanks to their out of the box advice which saved me thousands of dollars. There was one problem with the plumbing which cost an extra 1800 dollars. The owner settled with me 50/50 even though it was a pre-existing issue. The project was started early and completed early. All mess was cleaned up and the crew was very friendly and fully aware. Very reputable guys and very easy to deal with. Thanks Moises and Eddy."

"Jose and his crew did an outstanding job on our extensive interior and exterior renovation, which included a new addition. The project covered everything from a new structural roof with shingles and skylights to new construction windows and doors, siding, a Trex deck, and fully renovated kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. They also refinished a bedroom and installed beautiful hardwood floors. As with any large project, a few unexpected challenges came up, but Jose handled them with professionalism and kept everything moving forward smoothly. His craftsmanship is excellent, and he’s not only easy to work with but also patient and highly skilled at problem-solving. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Jose again for future projects and highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality work and a reliable contractor."

"Robert did a wonderful job of bringing the best architectural solution for our 2nd-floor addition project. He is very detailed and very knowledgeable person. He is very friendly and dedicated to work, but I was not able to move forward with the project due to budgeting concerns. Now the project has been postponed. I will work with him when I resume this project. Great job!"

"We hired Coco’s Custom Building on 2 separate occasions. We needed our roof redone and later decided to hire them to replace a dozen windows in our home. The owner Keith provided us with a great quote each time and was able to schedule the work right away. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed immediately which made the renovation go smoothly. I would definitely recommend Coco’s Custom Building and look forward to using them with my future home renovations."

"he was very good i reccomend him to anybody"

"Kenneth was amazing to say the least! From the moment we first sat down with him for an estimate, he was professional, polite, & extremely knowledgeable, all the way until the completion of the job. We explained to him that we wanted to update our old kitchen & he offered great suggestions of how we could improve & better maximize our space such as taking down the wall separating the kitchen from living room to create an open concept & allow better air flow through the house, move the back door from the right side to the left to get the best use of the longer wall & allowing for more counter space, & suggesting putting in a toe-kick heater to warm the floor when I expressed how my feet are freezing during the winter. He returned w/ a computer model of what our new kitchen would look like & checked in w/us throughout the build. We were so impressed w/our new kitchen/living room that we also hired him to build our deck & remodel the front of our house so check out those pics too! ???"
