I chose HB roofing because Ricky, the owner, offered me: the next day quote with professional presented file including scope of work, preparation, material, cost, warranty, cleaning, options, payment... the lowest cost for replacing my roof and gutter with similar material warranty the highest workmanship warranty and the lowest, additional work cost(labor/hour if needed) After the work was done, I found a small part of the rotten fascia, and a tiny leak in my gutter, I contacted Ricky, and he promptly fixed them without charge. I hope this review will help more contractors like this to grow and serve our community better. Keep up the good work Ricky and your team!"

His team arrived to clean the roof, on time and ready to work! By noon I was sure there was no way they would finish by the end of the day, my roof was so badly mossed up. "Yuri was very responsive to our request for a bid on a new roof. He arrived when he said he would and we were impressed by his knowledge and friendliness. His bid was considerably lower than that of the second company we contacted. Just a few days after we signed the contract, Royal's team was onsite. They were professional and personable throughout the project, arriving early and staying late when indicated. Truthfully, I was fascinated by the processes they followed and beyond impressed with the work they did. Yuri was there to observe their progress and answer our questions every day. When I walked outside today to see the finished product, I had a hard time believing this was the same house that had a raggedy roof on Monday before the team arrived. They did beautiful work, cleaned up after themselves each day, and were so pleasant to have around! I feel as though I've made new friends. That's how comfortable I was with this team. "Everyone was professional and efficient - from sales to installment to follow up. I was thoroughly impressed! Due to scheduling, it took a few weeks to start work, so David, in sales, came by and put a tarp up to prevent more water from coming in from our leaking roof. That was a godsend since a few intense storms followed! Once the install crew arrived, they were careful to protect my landscaping and hardscaping, polite, and fast - they finished in half the quoted time! Afterwards, Zoe in their front office called me to check that everything went well and had someone come the next day to fix an excessive drip caused by an overhanging shingle. Love that customer service! Only negative feedback would be around their pricing levels that up the warranty protection. I figure the quality of their workmanship should be the same regardless of whether is paying them more or less and the materials are the same."
