"Rain City did a nice job. We enjoy the metal roof over our deck. Gave us lots of options and were reasonable about the changes we wanted. They (somewhat reluctantly) followed up with the roof drain rerouting on the punch list. The only thing they haven't done is repair an outer window that they accidentally broke (the outer pane of a 2-pane window). I'm going to bug them again about that."
