"Highly recommend Diamond Roofing, Eugene and the whole crew to anyone who will listen. Their workmanship is fantastic. Their work ethic, timeliness, and clean up is also top notch. They were conscientious of noise and neighbors and asked for our approval on everything. Eugene was very communicative and got back to us on all of our many questions. He gave great recommendations and advice, and he went out of his way to accommodate our schedule and price point. I had three bids for the roof, and Diamond came in with a fair price and a willingness to work with us. The best thing I can say is that Diamond kept all of their promises and even exceeded most of them: finished a full day early, very competitive bid, fit my schedule to the exact day, timely and communicative, got my roof scheduled and finished in under 3 weeks, etc. Overall, I could not be more satisfied with the roof or the experience working with Diamond. If you are considering using them, you cannot do better."

"Three Tree Roofing replaced our roof about 18 months ago and we were thrilled with the work, cost, and their professionalism (see my previous review). I have recently cancelled my DIRECTV service and called them to get an estimate on repairing/replacing the shingles where the satellite dish was mounted. They told me that they would send someone out by the end of the week to remove the dish and replace the damaged shingles at no cost. "We were very pleased with the tear-off and new roof done by Forever Roofing on our house in North Seattle in mid-June of 2020. The estimator Sam contacted us the next day after I left a message and came by within several days and gave us what I felt was a reasonable estimate that included several other requests including removal of a no-longer used chimney and replacing about 20 feet of facial board that was too high for me to replace safely. The crew was great. They were able to utilize the one corner of the house that didn't have plantings for their work area. They completed the job in two days and the gutters were installed on the third day. They were very careful in their clean-up. I would not hesitate to recommend Forever Roofing for their response time and the quality of the workmanship."

When we were having trouble deciding on the shingle color, they swung by and dropped of some sample shingles so we could make a decision. They stayed in contact from the time we selected them through the end of the process and kept us updated on the status. The crew that installed the roof was very courteous and keep our property clean over the two days it took finish the replacement. Because of rain, they were unable to paint the vent pipes and flashing but they came back a couple of days later to finish.
