"Johnson & Sons remodeled our 1990's kitchen and replaced all of the flooring on the first floor and staircase of our home during the months of May - August of 2022. We met with multiple local companies to bid the work and Vic's bid came in under or comparable to the other estimates we received. We chose their company based on referral, price, and comfort level with Vic. Vic is fantastic to work with. He is knowledgeable, responsive, and creates a culture of partnership on his team's projects. This was our first time tackling a renovation project of this scope and using a general contractor. Vic and his team made the experience comfortable and as enjoyable as it could be considering we had no kitchen! :) There was a long wait time to get the project started due to Covid-caused supply issues on Johnson and Sons other jobs (we originally met with Vic in June of 2021 and the work did not start until May of 2022). It was hard to be patient, but it actually worked in our favor. Being able to choose and purchase materials in advance meant no supply issues or back orders once our project got started. Every sub that Vic and Jon used on our job or vendor he referred us to was professional, kind, and did a great job. If we ever had a question about quality or how the job was progressing (and we had a lot -- remember we'd never done this before!) Vic was patient, flexible, and worked with us until we were satisfied. As our job progressed, issues within our home were uncovered that were not in the scope of work included in our kitchen remodel. A water leak was found in an adjacent wall when kitchen drywall was removed, and holes in our roof were discovered when the electrician was in the attic running conduit. Even though these setbacks were not part of our kitchen remodel, Vic's guys jumped in and found solutions or recommended sub contractors to solve problems. There were multiple times that we had questions and within minutes either Vic or Jon were on site to address a concern or answer a question-- even after our job was complete. We could not be more excited about our new kitchen or pleased with our choice of contractor. We are already planning to hire Johnson and Sons again to renovate our primary bathroom!"

We worked with him to develop our scope and to answer all questions before signing the contract. He was very helpful in the planning stage and made suggestions for efficiencies, (such as resurfacing the bathtub instead of replacing it). His team showed up as scheduled and the work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. The pricing was reasonable (not the cheapest but not the most expensive - just realistic and fair), and the quality of the work was excellent. If I have future remodeling needs I would not hesitate to use Gashin Empire again."

"?????????????????? This is our first project Bello. The first was a small bath redo that included floor leveling and bringing a 1960?s bathroom totally up to date. The team did an excellent job. We then contracted Bello for a major kitchen and primary bath remodeling job. We opened up the kitchen and added loads of storage. The bathroom involved moving plumbing, installing a pocket door and better ventilation. The materials and colors offered and the selections are beautiful. The cabinetry is high quality. Last minute changes were handled without issue. Touch ups were done when needed and all work was finished to a professional level."

"Doug, Tony and team did an excellent job renovating two bathrooms in our 110 year old house. Renovating is not quite descriptive enough; both rooms were fully gutted, re-leveled, new framing, and high quality finishes on top. The quality of work of each component was very high; from drywall finishing, heated floors, and quartz highlights - each portion had a high attention to detail. Appreciated the recommendations throughout the project; a willingness to dig into a challenging project (110 year old houses have their quirks) and focus on maintaining some key dates in the schedule. Hope to get them back for a Kitchen re-do in the future."

"We hired Pete initially to help with a couple of re-modeling projects at home, including (but not limited to) adding an extra room upstairs. However, we discovered water damage few months prior to the project's planned start date. Pete helped us gain clarity on the rebuild efforts that would follow soon after the water mitigation would complete, worked closely with the insurance adjusters and was always responsive during the planning phases of the process. His crew members were very professional, friendly and always worked with us closely to meet our design needs. For the complexity of the project, Pete and his team did a great job in projecting reasonable timelines and setting expectations. "Prorab Construction was great! We had 8 doors with frames replaced. They had it done in 2 days after we found out that the frames were 1" too wide and they had to shave each door. All workers were polite and respectful. They did a great job!! Will hire them for anything we need done at the house."

"Ryan and his team completed an extensive basement remodel in our 1924 home. The basement work included new framing/drywall, windows (including a large egress window), plumbing and electrical to support a main living space, new bathroom and new laundry room. We also updated our old forced-air HVAC and water heather to new mini-splits and a tankless water heater. This is our second major project with Ryan and we plan to work with him for many years to come. He's incredibly responsive and detail oriented and always plans phases of our projects to support our future plans. Ryan's expertise and quality of work is well worth the cost."
