What began as a simple shower pan repair turned into a full master bath remodel and a new roof due to water damage. Having dealt with poor contractors for 45 years, we feared the worst, but Chase handled everything seamlessly. He assessed the damage, adjusted the plan, and had the skilled crew to execute both repairs and high-quality finishes. The team was punctual, professional, and kept our home clean. Chase’s tile specialists did exceptional work—no metal edges, just beautifully mitered finishes. With the remodel being unexpected, we had to make quick decisions, but Anyvision’s designer and CAD renderings helped us visualize everything. Chase was onsite daily, keeping us informed with updates, photos, and videos. Challenges arose, but Chase managed them like a pro—offering smart design input, controlling costs, and maintaining quality. This was the best contractor experience we’ve had in the PNW. Anyvision is the real deal, and we’d hire them again in a heartbeat. Their communication, expertise, and customer-first approach set them apart"

"This was by far the absolute worst experience that I have ever had with any company. The plumber came out for a shower that was not draining. I am on septic and let them know that my septic was just pumped in July. However they wanted to check anyways. After checking under the baffle inspection, I was advised by the plumber that my septic tanks were full and needed to be pumped. I contacted a septic company they came out first thing the next morning and checked my septic tanks, they were not full and ironically enough was able to pull out a huge clog of toilet paper from the baffle. He advised this is something that the plumbers do but since we just had one out the day before and they did told us the wrong information he would happily fix the problem for us. My husband called Riley Cahill (the manger) the next day to try to talk to him about the situation and try to find out why we were charged so much since there was not an itemized receipt. Riley proceeded to get very defense and angry and HUNG UP on my husband. He then called back left a message that saying he will check with his plumbers on Monday and get back to us. Monday morning I called Riley Cahill to have a conversation of what went wrong and how we will remedy the situation. He proceeded to once again get very upset, raise his voice and was insanely disrespectful (telling me to be quiet and stop talking). Then hung up on me as well. After that he called back to tell me I was wrong, and hung up on me again. I told him during the conversation that I was going to warn anyone I could not to use this company through reviews, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!"

"I'd like to express my disappointment with the recent service visit. The technician displayed unprofessional behavior through rude questioning and used inappropriate tools (Cobra Pliers instead of proper hex ratchet or ratchet wrenches) that scratched the burner base. He quoted an additional $250 for cleaning on top of the $99 visit fee, which I had no option but to agree, then failed to fix the issue and recommended replacing the entire assembly. The lack of respect shown toward me as a customer, combined with the use of wrong tools and failure to complete the repair, made this experience not one I would recommend to others."

"I reached out to Johnson & Sons and several other contractors to discuss the possibility of opening up and completely remodeling my kitchen and bathrooms, with the addition of a shower to the former half bath off the master suite. After receiving bids and meeting with each contractor, I went with Johnson & Sons due to the transparency and consideration Vic Johnson showed when discussing the project and its challenges, as well as providing a detailed quote. Because this remodel involved the removal of walls, tiling of the kitchen/bathrooms, potential size constraints, and a re-plumbing of the house, It was very important for me that things be done correctly, to code and with permits. Once demo and construction started, things proceeded at a brisk pace with minimal lag between subcontractors, and inspections. Their tile guy, Tony was great to work with and very helpful with making the appropriate detail selections around the showers. We did have a long wait for a cosmetic piece of cabinet siding, which ended up being the final part needed to complete the project. Vic was direct with me about the issue and the delay. Such a minor issue is in my opinion, very small potatoes compared to having quality work done. Ultimately, Johnson & Sons came in slightly under their contract price - a very pleasant and welcome surprise."

"Well, here is a contractor story you don’t always hear. My bathroom was remodeled late last year. Unfortunately, my tub started leaking into my neighbors condo. I texted Tony and heard back in 15 minutes. A crew was by the next day and it was fixed without questions and at no cost to me. This company has integrity, pride and excellent customer service. You will not be disappointed!!!!"

"Nate allowed me to order my bathtub myself, which was nice. Lowe's failing to deliver when promised, was not. This delayed the start, and although it did take longer than I expected, everything came out great. They did not charge me extra after the water damage was exposed, which was a relief. One of the other estimates I got from a general contractor was for 3x as much, AND they planned to add on after the wall was opened. The bathroom specialists wanted 150% of what we paid, and I think we ended up with better results."

"The job went very well. John and his assistant completed the replacement the next day and only took an hour from start to finish. The cost was much less than other estimates. Be sure you get an estimate from this company if you need plumbing work."
