"I cannot say enough great things about All Service Moving—and ESPECIALLY Rico and Reyes, who were absolute lifesavers for my last-minute move. After another moving company bailed on me the day before my scheduled move, All Service swooped in and saved the day. Rico and Reyes showed up EARLY, upbeat, and ready to tackle the challenge—even with super heavy furniture that usually requires a 4-person crew. Somehow, the two of them handled everything like pros without a single scratch or ding—on the furniture or either home. What really stood out was how personable, kind, and thoughtful they were. They moved quickly and efficiently, knowing I was paying by the hour, but never once sacrificed care or quality. They were kind to my mom (who was helping me out), and so sweet to my two dogs too. If you’re planning a move, ask for Rico and Reyes by name. They went above and beyond, and I want their team to know what a fantastic job they did. They deserve every bit of recognition. 100% recommend."

"Terrible - The move took place over 2 dates approximately 3 weeks apart. On March 10 the company packed up my belongings at my home and moved them to a storage unit. On April 1 the company moved my belonging back to my home. After I signed the paperwork at the conclusion of move, the mover asked did I want to leave a tip and I said no. He said we moved your couch and rug and you don't leave a tip 'that's bullshit' before walking away. I had to follow after him to get a receipt. I immediately reported his behavior to customer service. Later, I discovered much of the items they handled were not moved or protected with care and are damaged including; my custom entertainment center furniture (it has dents, dings, and scratches) and shelves; the grill on my speakers is torn, the power button was broke off my stereo component because it was placed in a boxed without adequate protection and dropped, a wall shelf was dropped and the corner is smashed, bookcases have several dents and dings from being mishandled, and the hardwood floors in my home were gouged and scratched from the movers carelessly dragging the metal dolly against the floor. The two movers did not move anything together to ensure safe handling; instead, they each moved the items separately using the dolly. This resulted in several dropped items. Overall, they were careless and unmotivated to do a good job. They even demanded a tip after the work was completed and cursed at me when I didn't offer a tip."

"National Van Lines only sent us two guys to pickup our items. The delivery was much better with three guys. However, they packed our items pretty tight and things got crush a bit. So, the service was okay for the money we paid. "

"Mike and his crew were great. Mike called and gave me a great price for 3 movers and even though they had to come from Lynnwood, his prices were matching what I would pay for two movers with any other company. They worked fast and didn't even complain when it started pouring down rain. They took caution when moving into our new place, ensuring not to get everything dirty from the rain. I would hire them again and you definitely should as well! Thanks Mike and team!"

"United Prime Van Lines ? this was not a service, it was a nightmare from start to finish. They charged me an extra $450 with ridiculous excuses, like not declaring a $20 mirror and other insignificant items. Then they started adding more made-up fees, like $75 for every additional 50 feet ? something that was never clearly explained upfront. They promised delivery in 9?10 days. That was a lie. My belongings showed up 18 days later, with no accountability or proper explanation. The payment situation was another disaster: after initially accepting credit cards, at pickup they suddenly said they no longer accepted cards and that I had to pay in cash. They literally change the rules whenever it suits them. After arguing with multiple people, they ?accepted? my card, but split the payment into two transactions just to charge me double processing fees. Completely abusive. And as if that wasn?t enough, upon delivery they charged me even more money because the apartment was on the 4th flo"
