Get matched with top deck or porch repairers in Istachatta, FL

"Hired David Graf to repair a rotten beam on our patio, replace stucco/drywall around it, and redo the second floor balcony decking with new hand railings. Not only David provided us with the most competitive estimate, he realized some material savings during the process which ended up saving about 10% at the end. Quality exceeded our expectations. He is a man of his word - definitely would hire him again! Thanks David!"

"Ed and his wife Amy did an excellent job refinishing our garage ceiling plus repairing drywall and painting two interior rooms. We were very pleased with the end result and they cleaned up nicely at the end of the project."

"We chose General Construction Services after receiving a number of bids from local contractors that priced the cost of finishing our basement & building a deck at a much higher level than what Dennis at General Construction Services offered. Not only was the cost of the construction affordable, we were very impressed with the outcome. The deck is a great addition to our home and the quality of the finished basement met the expectation of matching the style, color and feel of the rest of the house. Lastly, Dennis' crew is professional and courteous. We recommend General Construction Services for all of your construction needs--they are affordable, professional, and produce a high quality product"

"Harley painting did an excellent job, and everything went very smoothly. I didnt have to do much of anything except pick the color and the paint, and Joe and his team didnt need any prodding or oversight like many contractors do. I would highly recommend Joe and his team."

"We had a great experience working with Gift Remodeling LLC! They renovated our entire kitchen (including floors) and also laid tile on our back porch and took care of some other projects around the house. They were very accommodating to any changes we requested, and they completed the project within the agreed time frame. Duniel (the owner) was quick to respond and very friendly. We'll absolutely be using them again for future projects. We recommend 100%"

We called Phipps Painting to give us an estimate to paint the outside of our house including the front door.  Also included was an area  of flooring at our front door entrance of about 6 feet square.  He sent me the estimate and we agreed to the price.  I told him that we had to have the colors approved by the HOA and we would get in touch after we got the their approval.

We picked out colors from a big box store and gave him the numbers from the back of the color.  He used a different store to purchase paint since he thought he could get a better quality.  He was able to match the colors that we wanted even though it was a different store.

The two men arrived on time every day.  These men are truly gentlemen in the real sense, very polite and courteous.  At the end of each day they cleaned up the work area and put tools away.  There was never a mess for us to look at or deal with.  The work   was done quickly and they didn't abandon our job to go to another.  They stayed with our house until the job was finished.  This     had not always been the case with other workers.  Never was there any mess or spill area, We have some bushes close to the house but our bushes were covered and protected.

I would absolutely call Phipps Painting again for any job and not have any worries about the quality of the work.  They are the best!

"Ray was very knowledgeable and professional when he cam out for the consultation.   He gave us different options of window sizing and shapes to fit the space and a webiste from the window company to review the different products.  Creating the new opening for the larger window required cutting through the concrete block exterior wall.    This produced a large amount of fine concrete dust.   Ray's crew made every effort to keep the dust contained to the room they were working in.   We did have to leave the house without a window for one night, but placed a board over the hole to help keep the AC in and bugs out.   They installed the new window, window sill, repaired drywall around the interior window, stucco around the exterior of the window and painted the wall.   When they were done the widow looked great....but as we inspected it there was a scratch/dent in the frame of the window from damage when it was shipped.  We called Ray and he came out to inspect the damage.   We discussed the options on attempting to fix the window, but in the end decided to order a new window and replace it.   The new windows kept arriving damaged, and by new order # 4 we recieved one without any issues.   Ray's team had to rip out the old one and replace the new one, which was another full day of work.  He was very patient with us through the whole process and wanted to ensure that the job was completed to our satisfaction.  I would definately use him again."
