I reached out to Neli and quickly got an appointment. We chatted over the phone while Tom was looking at the range. it was so easy and it put my mind at ease, we could fix the beast and be back to baking. Tom sent a follow up email with a link to a tech company that would fix the electronic controller board. He included the specific parts number which turns out was the right one, not the one specified in the manufacturer's online documentation! I shipped the broken parts out. The repaired controller came back just in a few days. The part was installed and range operational before my wife was ready for her morning tea. I hugged the old stove. "A#1 air technician did the spring tune up perfectly. No complaints about the quality of the work. However, there is quite a bit of upselling that I do not like. They recommend some systems that may or may not improve the overall efficiency of the compressor. And they try to cross sell other services like Electrical safety check. Also, my neighbor had a very large price quote for an AC Capacitor replacement with A#1 air - and when he called the supervisor, they were able to reduce the price down to a more realistic one. This to me is an orange flag. "

"I had called over a dozen appliance repair places when my refrigerator went out on a Friday. I continued making calls and sending messages on Saturday morning. None of them could get out to even take a look until Monday. Appliance Mobile Repair returned my call that Saturday and was out within 2 hours! It happened to be the compressor and they were even able to locate a new one that day. There was a little issue a week later with the original repair that needed attention and Antonio came out the same day to make it right. I will be using them again in the future!"

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
