Demo day was fun to watch, as the whole crew comes in and within what felt like two hours had it down to the drywall/studs. They haul away all debris, which was nice not to have a dumpster for this project. Communication is awesome with the team also, and always checked in with the design and layout before making final moves. Wonderful and have used them for 3 projects and will use them for any projects in the future!"

He was upfront about the scope of the project, and was very fair about both his initial pricing in the contract, as well as changes that we made along the way. His team was amazing -- not only were they extremely competent in their work, but they always found solutions for unforeseen problems along the way (our home was built in 1901, so any rehab project is going to uncover some problems). Those guys can do anything. Our basement went from being a cold, dated hole in the ground to a warm and inviting family room with a full bath.
