"Initially, it was a miss. They were expected on a Saturday, but nobody showed up or called. However, Doug at the office contacted me right away on Monday morning and worked with me to schedule a new date. Understanding that every company stumbles occasionally, I gave them a second chance. We rescheduled for today.. Their Tech showed up on time, as promised, and he did a very thorough job. This was a very good recovery from their earlier stumble."

"We strongly recommend Aspen Fence. After an onsite walking of the property Jeff was very professional with a prompt written quote. After several quotes Aspen was the low bidder. As for the installation of the fence, Aspen's crew was quick and worked with us because there were some minor issues with water pipes and trees on the fence line. We are very happy with the fence and with Aspen's workmanship. We will definitely use Aspen Fence for any future fencing needs.

"They met with me on 4/28/2008 and I received the estimate on May 1st. I had asked for an estimate for replacing the current fence with either chain link or a cedar fence. They only sent me an estimate for the chain link fence. I called two more times to see if I could get an estimate for the cedar fence, but I never received any follow up. In the meantime I found another company that provided me with both estimates, better prices, and better follow up."
