"Recently, during the cold spell, our boiler began acting up, turning on intermittently with just a little nudge each day. After reaching out to several companies for estimates, we chose M&R to replace our 50-year-old boiler. Tom was the first to arrive to assess the situation and provide an estimate. Once we decided to move forward, M&R was responsive and punctual with their appointments. The team handling the installation consisted of Dex, Jake, Josh, and Tony. They were professional, respectful of our property, and made sure to clean up the area around the boiler. The installation was completed in one day. This was a fairly large job, seeing it was a Multi floor house with two independent systems running both upstairs and the main floor. They also explained to me how adding a heat pump system to the house would help make heating my house less expensive during fall and spring. They replaced the entire upstairs duct work and reconfigured the entire house to run balanced and efficient.
