He and his assistant efficiently erected the staging to reach the 3rd level to the chimney. He recommended the installation of a chimney cap to reduce water intrusion and prevent critters from entering the flues. The cap looks great and the chimney is ready for whatever the coming winters will deal out. Jake was a very good communicator throughout the project. His total cost was fair and reasonable."
