"Max Construction exceeded our expectations. He came into our home and advised us on what we needed to be repaired. We recently bought a home where the cabinet under the sink was completely rotted and molded as well as the wall behind it. He provided us with a clear and precise work order and the estimate was extremely fair and within our budget. We had other contractors come in that provided high estimates and wanted to use cheap material but not Max Construction. He used high end wood and installed the lazy Susan with a cabinet trash recycle bin pull out with soft close hinges. My wife was super satisfied and you all know a happy wife is a happy life. "After getting a really late (several days) or no response from two other plumbers, I contacted Griswold plumbing after finding them here. Jeremy called me back immediately, listened to my concerns and scheduled me for two days later. The other plumber that actually returned my call needed a week after missing the first appointment. Jeremy showed up and identified the issues with my hot water and quoted me a very fair price for the amount of work he ended up having to do on my neglected plumbing. He was friendly, quick, honest, and professional. He had everything completed within a reasonable time and my hot water never worked so good. I decided to go with him again for another project I need help with and I will keep Griswold Plumbing in mind for my next home. The reviews really show what great service these guys provide!"

"The work went quickly and professionally.  The crew was careful to
protect our environment and to keep us notified of what they were doing
and when to expect noise, etc.  This was especially important as we have
 three older dogs and we were able to schedule their water theraphy for
the noisiest day. There was an additional problem discovered with
plumbing into the basement.  A pipe from the street to the water meter
had to be replaced by another contractor.  The Basement Guys were unable
to waterproof that spot until after the repair was completed.  They
returned promptly and completed the work, also double checking for any
chips or gaps that had arisen in the foam insulation and fixing them 
and touching up the waterproofing epoxy where the termite company had
drilled holes in the basement wall.  We were extremely pleased with
their service. They are phenomenal!We highly recommend Dry-X Waterprofing.

"We took out the old tiles, removed the toilet and baseboards, and bought the tile before they came to do the installation. The work was done on 9-01-16. When I went to wash off the remaining haze a couple of days later, I discovered that the tiles were two different shades. It was obvious when they were on the floor. The person doing the installation should have seen this. We think he did but, since he didn't speak any English, might not have known how to communicate that to us. We called Pacific Stone & Tile and they said that they would come and replace the tiles that needed to be replaced. We could not match either shade of tile and had to buy two more boxes with a different shade number. Twice an appointment was made and canceled. The third one, 9-26-16, was kept and they redid the whole floor with the new tile. Before they started, all of the tiles were laid out on the garage floor to check for any variations. We had to buy the material to install the tiles, but they did not charge for any additional labor. The floor was checked before they left and everything looks fine. Tomorrow I will wash down the tiles to remove any haze and we can start thinking about getting everything back together again."
