We found it surprisingly difficult – many contractors didn’t bother to return calls, quoted ridiculous prices, or required us to do additional services we didn’t want or need. It was a delight to meet Vanessa at Evangeline Construction. From the moment we met, she sized up our space, listened to our goals, and offered suggestions. The project cost and timeline were just as she quoted. Vanessa maintained communication with us throughout the process – she was friendly and responsive to questions, and kept us up-to-date about the plan. If something needed attention, she was on it. All the vendors she recommended were professional and courteous, hardworking, and cleaned up after their work was complete. Danny created a custom vanity and framed out a mirror for our space. I am very pleased with the results, and would highly recommend Evangeline Construction for any remodeling needs."

"We were very impressed with the professionalism and craftsmanship of Mario Ingianni and Tony DiRienzo. We had a tub to shower conversion completed in one day. Runners were placed on the floor leading to the ensuite bathroom and no trash was left behind. Their specific recommendations made our shower look like a luxury unit. They even asked us where we would like the grab bars and corner shelves located, even framing around a window the back panel came up against. It was an amazing experience. I would request Mario and Tony again for our other bathroom remodel. Not to be overlooked is Bobby Olesen our Design Consultant. "I have remodeled 5 homes and built one. With all my experience with contractors and subcontractors, I have never found one as reliable as Carson. He has helped my family with repairing older beach homes for the last three years. We have hired Carson to do a lot of jobs. He has completed all of them in a timely manner, using salt water resistant materials that will stand the test of time, and the end product demonstrates excellent craftsmanship. He helps us make decisions from 200+ miles away, staying on budget but producing excellent results. We haven't had to stress about overseeing the job as Carson treats our house as his own. "I hired Cransten to remodel my bathroom. It was getting old and in need of an update. They came in, replaced the floor, built a shower pan, and laid custom tile around my shower. I was impressed with how friendly and professional they were. I would definitely hire them again!"

Tim is very easy to deal with. He has a great eye for detail and takes pride in his work. He built custom cabinetry for my family room as well as kitchens and baths. Tim shows up on time, cleans up and does what he said that he would do. Also, Tim is a nice person to be around. You do not have to worry about foul language or unprofessional behavior in your home.

In the first phase, a wall was brought down to open up the family room / dining room area. Custom cabinetry was built to create a focal wall in the family room. A gas fireplace was installed. The kitchen was a total tear down and custom cabinetry was installed as well as new flooring throughout the entire area. The windows, electrical and plumbing were updated at the same time.

In the second phase the master bedroom and bathroom were totally renovated. The majority of the work was in the master bath. It was also a total tear down. Tim and I spent a lot of time standing in the empty bathroom trying to figure out the best way to get the most out of a small space. He installed a pocket door leading into the bath and custom cabinetry to get the most storage possible. I have a custom shower with a bench and a shower system. I love my bathroom. It is my favorite room in my house.

In the final phase, Tim worked with me to remodel the secondary bath and extra bedroom. I did not want to spend as much money on the secondary bath and Tim worked with me to remodel that bath on a much more scaled down budget. It looks great.

When doing both bathrooms, the plumbing and electrical were both updated as well as windows etc.

He also did new steps, porch repairs and work to the outside of the house. I basically have a brand new home.

I would recommend Tim for a small job or a large job.
