"I hired Seth because he was on top of it from the moment I put in my request on Angi. I originally went with a big company but they were not capable of handling what I needed to get done which was jet spraying my pipes to clear a clog. That company came twice to my home and it was basically a waste except for them saying I needed to call a specialist. I didn't need to call a jet spraying specialist. I just needed to call Seth who knew what to do before he showed up. Got it done fast and affordable. I asked him a lot of questions before he came out and he answered them all which made me feel good about choosing him. I also handled it after work hours! What a luxury that was as I already wasted other time with the previous plumber. I will call Seth next time for my plumbing needs. 5 stars for sure! Thank you Seth!"

"Fraud warning. We are from MA and have a house in Knox 4 years. We used One Service pros but these guys bought their lists. All-Star did some AC work there so when tenant called water heater blew we called Thur 7/31. We waited till Mon as we them. we arrived to find James Hill(tech) & helper there. First words were " you are not going to be happy He said in addition to heater we had 5 leaks in water main to house (300 ft) He showed meter running even though he had helper "close valve" in house. new heater was 5k+ water main 12k+. W later when WE closed valve no water ran. KUB said use rose only days heater broken. Tues we cancelled but they tried to chg 10% fee. We mentioned lawyer so Tony (owner) met us and later said there were firings."

"I called for a repair on a toilet, told then that I already had the replacement part, just wanted them to replace it for me. Being a 'Gold' member, they told me it would be $30.00 to just come out and check it out and take care of it. They arrived on-site, I showed him my Kohler replacement part and the tech proceeded to spend close to 45 minutes trying to figure out his tablet, only to find out he was getting me 4 quotes ready. two of which were to replace the toilet, one to replace all the parts and one to use there value at a cost of $248.00 dollars. (He could have already replaced what I needed) I proceeded to ask him to leave, he charged me the $30.00...what a joke. I have use My Pro Plumber in the past, but never again, this was unbelievable. I am not sure what they are doing these days, but if you need something minor, do not call these guys. I filled out their survey, the owner called, missed the call, I tried to return the call two times, left messages."
