He quoted a price for the full job and also gave me a price if I hand dug it myself. I chose the latter and it worked out great. He arrived back the next day and fixed the broken copper pipe. They made a same-day appointment, came fairly early in the appointment window, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the water heater. The price seemed fair to me, without much to compare to, the guys were super friendly and knowledgeable, and they completed the work right around the time they estimated after the diagnosis. They also cleaned up after themselves. Overall, I am very impressed!"
