Another time they did a fair/poor job on a coffee stain. It takes all day and sometimes overnight for the carpet to completely dry."

"I had about 90 ceramic tiles that had hairline crackes possibly due to foundation shifting. I had made the decision to replace all of my tile, which is approximately 1200 sq ft., or else install a floating wood engineered floor over the existing tile. Both options would have been very costly. I came across a process called grout staining while researching flooring on the internet and inquired about this process from a company called Grout Works of Central Mississippi. I discovered that Grout Works is a company with locations throughout the US. I contacted Michael at MS Grout Works and scheduled a free consultation. He was very informative. After further research, I decided to use MS Grout Works to replace and regrout the cracked tiles and then and quot;paintand quot; all of the grout lines so all of my tile would match. This process was a fraction of the cost to replace all of my flooring, and I felt it was worth a try. Replacing the tiles did create some mess and dust, but Michael was very careful and worked hard to keep the mess and dust to a minimum. My tile is 15 years old, so the grout was dirty and dingy looking. After Michael and quot;paintedand quot; the grout, it looked great -even better than when it was first installed, because of grout film. This process is suppose to last for a long time and is not like the old grout paints from years ago. The process took a little longer than first expected, and does require the homeowner to do some cleaning after the painting and tile replacement. The whole process was a rather large undertaking because it involved my kitchen, breakfast room, sunroom and den, but I am very pleased with the overall process and the look of my tile. It has been only 2 months, but Grout Works will follow up each year or sooner if needed to see if there are any problems. <br /> <br />"

"The first time, I asked them to clean the sides and tops of all surfaces in the kitchen, which they did. They cleared off all counter-tops, moved all movable appliances, took down wall plaques, cleaned the top of the fridge and the stove, Cleaned ledges and nooks and crannies. They were great. The second time, they cleaned a basement area that had been meant by the original owners to be habitable -- at least for a party -- and contains a bar and fireplace, paneled walls and tiled floor. But it had been used for years as nothing but a place to stash whatever we didn't need upstairs. Also my husband had at one time put a "studio" down there for his photography, which he does not do any longer. It was cluttered and dusty and disorganized and neglected and full of junk. The studio equipment had already been hauled away by a photographer friend. But much MUCH junk and debris and detritus was left. They tackled it with a friendly "we're here to help" attitude and cleaned it to a fair-thee-well. In addition, they hauled a pickup-truck-load of stuff away. I have engaged them again to clean the *other* half of the basement and, on another date, to tackle the garage. Hooray!"

The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes.
