"Alec from Aqua Sewer & Drain Service very professional when he showed up to check the water leak we had. Alec diagnosed the issue and said we needed an expansion tank since it cracked and that’s where all the water was leaking from. He said we don’t need a water heater because that is functioning properly. He took some pictures and then went to get the parts and came back within 30 mins and started the work. You can tell he really knew what he was doing. He had all the right tools in his work truck. He removed the old expansion tank and put in the new expansion tank and a shut off valve and he also strapped the expansion tank so it got added support. He also check the water pressure and looked for leaks before he left. We had this issue Friday night around 11pm and we call his company Saturday morning and he should up at 8am. It took about 2 hours before he finished. Alec was very knowledgeable, he also wore booties on his shoes in our house. I would recommend Aqua Sewer & Drain Services to anyone who has any plumbing issues. We live in South Brunswick NJ."

"Ryan took the time , when no one else even contacted me , he came to my house at 9:30 , poor man worked all day , and still made time , he addressed my problems, and the next day his crew was at the house installing the new system. They were clean efficient, polite informative , removed all old debris, clean up , very professional. I would highly recommend using him anytime. My tankless water heater works great . Plenty of hot water , and energy efficient, highly recommended!"

"Very professional kept us informed from the start was able to replace a AC; furnace; hot water heater and fix a toilet all in one day! Done before my wife got home at five pm. Very friendly and best price point out of five quotes, I would recommend."

"Chris corrected and water heating problem which was misdiagnosed by a tech from NJR home services. Their tech (NJR) never actually worked and in hindsight looks to me was only trying to get me to buy a new heating unit. Thank you Chris Walton for a great job."

"It went well. The job was performed thoroughly. I have great confidence in Mike D. From what I observed, he and the young man who accompanied him to help, work well together. They explained what they were doing. They noticed a slow leak in a valve on the hot water tank which they replaced. I have a service contract with them for both appliances."

"Service Tech Ed DeMore, who had originally installed our tankless water heater, responded and realised the unit had to be reset and recalibrated after an error message caused the unit to stop and not restart during the snowstorm of last Monday. He had us up and running in just a short amount of time. Eddie is an excellent and knowledgable employee with a great attitude. He is very pleasant and we hope A. J. Perry realises what a great asset they have in Ed."

"I found the company reps, Paul and Elijah most competent and friendly. They installed three toilets and a sink and their work was top notch."
