"we have already recommended to another home owner who needed roofing."

"Everything was performed very professionally. We were impressed by the detail paid to making our older house look new again."

"EXCELLENTLY! Couldn't have asked for a better experience and amazing sun room! Windows and screens can be removed for easy cleaning. New flooring is waterproof in case it rains and we aren't home to close windows. Demo was one day/finished the next! On time/ professional/ amazing finished product! We love it!!!"

"I don’t think my house has ever looked better! Everyone was extremely professional and kind, and they made sure we were satisfied with our results to the fullest. They have some of the best prices I’ve seen for the quality of their work and I will definitely be hiring again in the future. They truly take pride in their work and value their customers requests."

"They replaced my roof, gutters, and siding from the wind storm this spring. Jack was my sales rep and he was great on informing me on how everything works.  The crews were very respectful and professional and did an excellent job.  I recommend them to everyone who needs roof work done."

"Initiall call returned in one day  and service was completed as promised.  crew of carpenters was excellent and fun to have working... certainly saved us  from a lot of labor that we were not quite willing to do ourselves.

UPDATE-6/6/15:

We used this company in the past for a roofing job that has since gone wrong, without appropriate follow-up or resolution from Bazell Maintenance & Remodeling. The door portion of the job in this review was originally very good, but as of now, you can hardly get the door open without yanking the knob off. I have yet to receive any resolution on this issue, either."

"New installation went well. I was a little upset that only 50% was covered being that the unit was 19 years old. I'm sure that parts for something that old would be hard to find. Replacement was recommended."

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."

"Pablo Quality Construction removed existing roof and installed a new roof, they were on site when they said they would be and they did a great job, I would highly recommend them and I’m looking forward to working with them again on other projects around are home."
