"Water started leaking from a bedroom ceiling… Even though the leak was probably coming from the chimney flashing, I knew the roof was old enough for replacement. Based on their stellar reviews and clean record with consumer affairs, I called Four Seasons to make an appointment and get an estimate for repair or replacement. Although it was Dec. 31, Bill showed up on time, something I have found lacking with other construction people over the years. He was cordial and knowledgeable, and not aggressively pushy. I felt comfortable. Having done my own research, I found his price to be reasonable, not the cheapest or the most expensive. My main interest was workmanship quality and over the years have found cheapest is not usually the best, nor is most expensive. His crew arrived within 10 days, and on time. Their work was one of the most professional I have ever seen. In fact, when they were finished, my property was cleaner than when they started. After they left, you wouldn’t even know they were there. The leak is repaired and the new roof is beautiful. I highly recommend them."

"Install went great. We love our new door. The installers took the time to do it right. They removed the original door without making a big mess or just "banging it out" it was removed smartly to not damage anything that was supposed to remain. They then assessed what they had to work with and built up where needed to make the install of the new door as secure as possible. The new door went in smoothly and looks fantastic. Al throughout the install they would answer any question I had or my children had. They also took care to make sure the alarm wires and doorbell cam were protected from harm during the install and that they worked as expected when done. Although they were pricier than the average I am convinced our new door will outlast us in this home. I would recommend them and will use them again."

"John and his team did an excellent job replacing the flat roof on our 1908 house...with a roof that really was truly not fixed correctly since then. We had ancient layers upon layers of roof covering which were just soaking up the water like a sponge causing leaks, along with a waterfall down one of our exterior walls due to poor drainage. JJ's took the entire old mess off and laid down new covering, with all rotten wood replaced. They fixed the drain, replaced the flashing, added a new hatch, fixed the porch gutter and patched our porch roof. When I saw the new roof I just wanted to dance! Thank you JJ's!"

"I called The Gutter Guy on Thurs for an estimate due to the overwhelming favorable reviews on Angie's List.  On Friday, Marty showed up, measured, and emailed a detailed quote on the same day.  I called him back and he scheduled me for the following Monday, between 8 and 10 AM.  On Monday, at 10:30 AM, when no one showed up, I called the office and was told that they had lost several employees over the weekend and that they would call me to reschedule.  By mid afternoon, no one had called and I left an angry message on Marty's voicemail and sent an email requesting a call back by 3 PM or I would go elsewhere.  A few minutes later, I received a call from Gary, the owner of the business.  I told him that the least they could have done was pick up a phone to let me know that the crew would not be coming.  Gary explained that they had, in fact, lost employees over the weekend.  The employee they had lost was Marty, who had done my measuring and quoting.  Gary explained that Marty, who had worked for him for many years,  had started his own gutter business and taken several of his crews with him, without any prior notice.  After hearing this I realized the reason for the disarray and agreed to reschedule with a very apologetic Gary.  The next day, the crew showed up on time and did a great job of installing the gutters.  I especially like the fact that this company offers the larger, 6 inch gutters and larger leaders, which are better at handling large volumes of rain and also less prone to becoming clogged with debris.  Many of the companies I had called, do not offetr this product.  Hopefully, Gary has resolved his labor problems.  I would definitely use him again.
