"After an extensive investigation taking into account online feedback/reviews and speaking to other construction firms, I decided on Nunez Construction to fully renovate my entire house consisting of three separate apartments. Efren (the owner) was able to fully understand the work required and also suggested additional modifications; some requiring no additional cost which made quite a difference to the appearance and functionality of the units. It was quite evident that he was extremely knowledgeable on all types of challenges and knew exactly how they should be handled which he was able to explain to me in the simplest terms. The company employees some of the most skilled people in the trade in all areas of demolition, construction, painting, and plumbing and I was amazed how well and quickly they were able to complete all the work. Eric (Forman/Project manager) is without a doubt one of the most experienced hands-on people you can have involved and managing the team. Most importantly – as with any project regardless of magnitude, you will experience unforeseen circumstances and require immediate attention and Efren was on-site (usually multiple times) every single day to monitor and update me on the progress and most importantly he would answer his phone every single time I called and address any concerns immediately. Nunez construction exceeded my expectations and is truly a company that takes pride in their work . . . . . ."

"The ceiling, walls and floors needed a change. We got the stains, spots and holes covered. The sinks needs the shelling to be closed because dirt would come out of it. The tub gets clogged so we needed that fixed. We got the lights and windows replaced. The lock on the door was not working properly and it was loose so we asked to get that fixed too. We had a leak and the pipes shaking so we got that all covered for less cleaning. The holes in the walls were nicely covered and painted over. The talk and experience with the handy man was lovely. I was satisfied with the professionalism. I like the color of the paint."

"I used TKT Remodeling Group LLC for a complete basement remodeling. Treon had wonderful ideas about ways to make my basement function more efficiently. He was the only contractor who took the time to discuss ways to remodel the basement that made sense (e.g., moving the bathroom and closet) into spaces that increased our living space. Treon and his crew are friendly, respectful, punctual, professional, and responsive. He even surprised me with a new, functioning fireplace. I wish I had taken before and after pictures. I was able to go to work and leave the workers alone in my home with no problems. Even after my basement project was completed, I called Treon with questions, and he responded quickly. I highly recommend him and will use him again."

"Mario and his team were excellent. They worked on a renovation of our second floor full bathroom. They showed up to work early every day and everyday we saw progress. I can't say enough about the outstanding job they job renovating our bathroom. He was right on point with his timeline of when he would complete the job and everything was done to our satisfaction. I would absolutely hire Mario and his team again and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to do a bathroom renovation."

"This company did a total renovation of a 6th floor condo in Howard Beach N.Y. with one elevator and very long hallways. A Very (difficult job) they were very professional, they papered the condo hall floor to protect them from any damage. The renovation was finish on time and looks great. The follow up was just as good. I have used them a number of times for small jobs since the renovations. They were just a good."

"This was a small job, and Alex did it right. All I needed was my cellar door rehung, as it was uneven. It turned out to be a little more complicated than that, but Alex fixed it, and I am very pleased with how it no longer is uneven."

"This was the absolute best home updates I have ever received they professionalism and efficiency was perfect they are amazing and have already referred them to multiple family and friends will continue to use them for everything in my home more then please all staff were great"

"Raj and Zicklin were hired to demo our first floor and sister about 20 joists in the ceiling. They made sure the job was done right without cutting corners. They were knowledgeable, fair and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them and not hesitate to work with them again. More"

"I believe the job was done right. My husband seems to like him. All the projects weren't done the first visit. We will call him to continue with the other projects in days to come."
